Would probably cost €150 to make now as the price of materials have increased in the past 2 years, but i think it only cost about €80 when i built this.
I had a young chicks in a coop 6x6x6 with a gable on top adding another 2' at the ceiling. It's covered with small honey coned chicken wire. My chickens are big n mature enough now to free range and can still use the housing and nester to sleep and lay eggs so I want to convert the coop to an aviary. Will I have to change the chicken wiring to mesh wiring?
This is an inspiring video and much like I envision my future aviary. The only thing I would add is a half inch clearance on the bottom under which I could slide a floor pan out to clean it without having to get into the cage.
