My channel was created in honor of my late grandmother and for my passion of cooking and wanting to share my recipes. Most of the recipes were influenced by my grandmother, mother, and other elders whom I have grown up with.
As I get older, I have developed my own ways and cooking techniques, which I shared in the videos. I will try to upload videos weekly or when I’m not busy. Still baffled people from the motherland has never had it or never thought to eat it. My inlaws from the mother land has been here for about 2 years. They said they have crawfish there, but no one bothers to eat it??!!? But they love the southern style since moving here.
I followed this recipe, stuffed the melon last night, refrigerated and cooked for dinner today. Very convenient overnight preparation, the stuffing is very tasty and the soup delicious 😋 thank you so much for sharing your recipe🙏 The melon took up more fillings than I thought!

Thank you. Yes, the older kids went when they were her age. Now one in college and working so no time, the other two are in high school and don’t like camping anymore. ☹️
