Ingredients (Serving 6-8 people)
1 cup tapioca pearls
1 bag 16 oz glutinous rice flour
4-6 slices ginger (optional)
1 can coconut milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 hot water (mix flour)
2 Liters water (for sauce)
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
