Tired of all the "perfect" mommy blogs and vlogs? Well, welcome to the crazy house! My kids are VERY strong willed individuals. Momma Snark tells it like it is. My house will not always be clean, and my kids will definitely not always be clean or well behaved. I'm a mom of 2 preschoolers and things can get hectic. I'm here to provide packing hacks and share our family adventures :)
I have a four-year-old thats at 44 inches. We have a Nuna Mixx, but the canopy is touching tbe top of her head. Our Disney trip isnt until May, so I know it will only get worse. Might have to try this one out! It looks great.
For gluten, dairy ,and egg allergies, Ohana was outstanding! We plan on going back every time we are in Orlando. They even made us individual pineapple bread puddings!!! Can't wait to go back!
@@crystalblau2184 happy to hear. Disney, from my understanding, really is great with allergies 😊 They non allergy food was definitely nothing to write home about, though😅
Excellent video, this hotel and the all star are my choices for the next trip to Disney with my family. We have a 7 year old and from what you say in the video we will probably choose the all star.
You can find them on amazon! I tend to get battery lights and use scotch tape or painter's tape to hang them up. I've done the fun tinsel backgrounds too (they come with an adhesive strip on top).
I would rather drive to Florida than fly Southwest. The planes were old and sounded like it would fall apart. JetBlue all the way for us non-stop. JetBlue flight attendants are super nice as well. Southwest Airlines was not as pleasant and I hate the way you get a grouping. So maybe for those who will fly Southwest the assigned seats will hopefully help . But nope never ever ever again will we fly Southwest. My teens refuse to fly Southwest as well they would rather drive and stop at different places for a fun adventure. 🌴
Thank you so much for the room tour! We are staying in November for a dance convention. The popcorn is a great idea. Thank you for pointing that out. What is the difference between the Wolf Den and Kid Kamp room?
That Cooper Cow coffee is such a great find. Sometimes I I bring my own “press.” I drink Vietnamese coffee, so this is perfect. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you for the great reviews. These videos help a lot. My question is around the wand. If we already have a wand from last time, do you think it’s still worth to purchase a pass every time we go back? Since we no longer don’t need the basic wand.
@xuetian454 if you are wanting to do all of the other stuff, yes (my kids LOVED the toppers for the wands they got with the pass, since we already had the wands). We probably won't do the pass again, because they didn't like the ropes course, and they DEFINITELY do not need a candy cup😅
We went to GWL for the first time ever in August, even my newly turned 18 year old twins loved it for the water park, and the pup pass was perfect for my 6 year old!
We had a CBR named Jason on our farm 🇨🇦. He was the smartest dog I ever had but man he used to find the freshest cow patties & not just roll in it but get deep into his ears to try & hid his scent 😂🤣😂 the best days were hosing him down 😢❤️❤️
We have your dogs twin! Her name is Edna, I had to double take that this wasn’t our dog!!! Lol they HAVE to be related!! Did you get her from WingMaster???
I work here in the engineering department I was actually one of the people that responded to the call about the beeping noise in your room. The moisture detector in the room below yours was going off and just needed to be muted. I can’t believe they gave security credit for fixing it.
@ian8184 🤦♀️🤣 We'll, thank YOU and your team for fixing it....I thought I was going nuts at first 🫠 We were very impressed with how quickly y'all showed up and took care of the problem 💙
i have a baby, a 9yo and a 7yo who aren’t into fast slides. that being said, which do you think is best. great wolf grapevine or this new location? i have watched both your videos but can’t decide. we are driving from san antonio. thanks!
I think Grapevine has a little more to offer, but honestly, I think I'd go with Webster (pending you aren't going a crazy crowd time....because everything at Webster is on that 1st floor). It would be easier with a baby to just follow the other 2 on that first level, but if going at a higher crowd time, I'd go Grapevine, because it'll disperse the crowd a bit better (and the Grapevine waterpark is a bit larger overall)
One thing I do different in any chicken gumbo is that I use bone in thighs. It gives so much more flavor and meat is juicier. sometimes I put 6 thighs, cut in half, gizzards, sausage, a pound of cubed press ham, and my liquid is always chicken broth, water and 2 small jars of clam sauce. Never add okra! I only do okra with shrimp. Filet gumbo and okra gumbo to most Cajuns are 2 different things. No tomatoes but no okra either. I have been cooking for 54 years and I love how I think I perfected my gumbo. Yum. It's a matter of taste. Yours looks good though. :) But where is the rice? Gumbo always on rice, with potato salad in the plate. Also, I love every time I hear you say GUIDRY. That is my maiden name.
Looks like the cabana we had two days ago (#4). It was on a Wednesday, so we only paid $100 for it. We had one on the other side the previous Monday that was $150. Due to the construction/renovations going on right now, the cabana/towel booth was moved over by the snack bar. This was NOT cool. Normally, the Cabana/towel booth acts like gatekeeper to the area even though people who don’t have a cabana can still get to the lockers. With a toddler, the Cabanas over by the adult hot tub have the bonus of being near the restrooms. The cabanas alongside the wave pool have the advantage of being away from most people and can really act as a home base and sanctuary while there.
