Cafe Du Monde Beignets in New Orleans French Quarter....how do they compare to Tiana's Beignets?

Tiana's Bayou Adventure just opened in Disney World, and they have "Tiana's Famous Beignets" at Golden Oak Outpost in Frontierland. There has been a lot of controversy, because they're hollow on the inside, compared to the Mickey shaped beignets at Port Orleans French Quarter.
So....for those of you wondering, here are the ORIGINAL beignets of New Orleans.
