First watched this video a couple years ago, knew nothing about Dune, I just thought like “Gom Jabbar” was a weird way of saying “gum jabber” like it’s to poke your gums?????? And just thought they were being silly with the Litany thing. Fast forward to a couple months ago, I got really into Dune and watched the 2021 and 2024 movies. The gom jabbar was mentioned and the litany was used and I went “ohhhhhhhh”

funny that all the foods they listed as being socially acceptable to microwave are foods that were already cooked prior to being put in the microwave. The fruit equivalent to microwaving spaghetti or pizza is microwaving cobbler or pie, not plain grapes
At my old job, the in-store radio was seemingly just a 7 or 8 song playlist of all dirt country songs. Fast Car was on that playlist, so i heard it several times a day, and i thought of this every time.
Tbh though if someone is eating such a high amount and not gaining any weight, it might be a different issue that can't be fixed by "just eat everything at the restaurant" Also I would not like to see that guy where I work, it would be a nightmare trying to keep the bar full
I dont shoplift anymore but when I did, I would mainly only steal obviously overpriced things that can fit in my pockets. like, if you make a small container of regular-ass red sprinkles eleven fucking dollars, i am taking that out of spite I also never got caught because one of my symptoms, referred to "failure to plan ahead," means that I was physically incapable of percieving the threat of being caught. so, no obvious anxiety lol
This video still comes up in my recommendations and every time I see the thumbnail and think "Oh yeah, Gom Jabbar, AKA Gum Jabber, AKA Griffin's weird toothpick".
I've been making salsa cereal for as long as I've been buying chips and dip at the store. IT JUST MAKES SENSE. both the salsa and and the chips become harder to use once they're almost empty. just mix them and eat it with a spoon!
I think the main difference here is between ingredients and snacks. Hot fruit is only ever an ingredient in a dish. Cold fruit can just be a snack. Why is hot fruit never just a snack?
Try a cutting up a peach into quarters (without fully cutting all the way through). Microwave for 30 seconds to a minute. Put vanilla ice cream in the middle of the peach, maybe some cinnamon. Delicious.

What ruins this skit for me is that I saw loss prevention pick a woman up and carry her by her arms and legs back in a Target and it was very disturbing.
Delivery girl who has been hit on many times here, Travis is exactly right, don't do this. If you hit on me when I first deliver to you I will politely decline and ask another driver to handle your deliveries. If you don't hit on me the first time and instead start placing more orders just to see me and have more chances to ask me out, (has happened twice) you will be blacklisted entirely and no one will deliver to you
