Hey there, brother in Christ! I pray that you're doing well. I've enjoyed your videos and noticed that you haven't posted in a while. May God continue to bless you 🙏🏿
Thank you kindly ma'am. I appreciate your kind words and prayers. I'll resume the videos soon! I pray for God's continued countenance and blessings upon your life as well.
@@laisoetan $38K in taxes is beyond imagination for this property of $1.5M! I live in the #1 county in US and I pay for same $1.5M property $10K in real estate taxes. No thank you Texas!
I would never buy a house where there is a bedroom in the front part of the house overlooking the street. People are not discreet and respectful of privacy these days .. if the window is open and you are walking by you are going to look inside whether you realize it or not. Just the thought of having to close the drapes every time I have to dress or undress or have to go into the bathroom and close the door to change clothes is distasteful. Unless you have a child or ole' granny who is an exhibitionist, the placement of this bedroom does not make sense to me.
The camera work was awful! Unacceptable for such a nice home to be showcased so poorly. Did you not have experience or study how to make a video? I actually was dizzy and had motion sickness. SMH
I see a lot of people love this model. So do I. It's comfortable, it feels like a family could really live here. It's very nice and I also love the arches.
Hello Yanie! Yes I do ask the sales representative for permission to take a video of the house. 90% of the time, they are cool with it. They'd ask if I'm a realtor or not. I''m not a realtor. I just tell them I'm doing it for RU-vid.
