Love 99% of this home..Master Closets need to be bigger..Love the cabinet space in the kitchen

Totally agree, they were a letdown. I also think the bedroom portion of the master could have been bigger.

Also the laundry room needs more space.. you can't function with baskets of clothes and machine doors in a narrow strip and right up next to the sink.

@@stonedog23 I had an enormous master bedroom once and it's the least used room. Why not have a bigger living area?

@@maggie2sticks717 Each buyer is different......Many will tell you location, location, location.....personally, I believe a suitable master bedroom helps a high price home retain it's resale value (large space with a sitting room and his/her closets)......I loved the overall design of this home but not something i would purchase b/c the master was underwhelming as it was a bit small with a tiny closet.

Agree 100%.....Absolutely beautiful layout......Master was a ttl letdown as it was too small with NO closet space for the asking price.....

I remember when you could get a house like this in Prosper for about $400k. Of course 15 years ago Prosper was considered WAY out of town. Lol

It looks like the color is repose gray at 50%. The accent walls look exactly like Dorian Gray. But those are just guesses.

They can look it up , they have a design sheet on the house if you can get them to do so . You will have to catch them at a slow time , if there is one right now with Toll Brothers

I agree about the barn doors being out of style and they have no reason to be in an Italian style home. Also, brass finishes come off as cheap looking to me and wire shelves and closet rods are cheap as well.

They never make closets have any upgrades in the model unless it’s a custom builder model.

I don’t understand a glass linen closet in the bathrooms. Who wants ppl to see your stuff when they come over. Those trees should not be planted so closely to the concrete the roots will crack the concrete when it grows. Barn doors are to trendy and out of style
