Hi Natasha, honestly, 3 years later and I'm still no further on. I have tried and tried so hard to do the no diet approach, put my heart and soul into it and every time I just end up putting on stones and binging without being able to stop. I could cry with frustration when I watch videos now about the joys of giving up dieting because I don't find that peace and end up in such a mess. Having said that I still want to try again because all the alternatives don't work either. You posting this question has really brought home to me how little progress i've made in the last 3 years, even though I've tried every day. Hope you are having better progress. I do think this is an excellent book, I think it's me that's the problem. Shell X
I assume you put about 2 cups of flour in your base. I'd be concerned that the amount of protein in 180 almonds and their slow release, might keep me awake. looks great though.
I subbed not because you are my sisters mate but I would never have thought of setting a time on my phone to do some exersise. Hope I can caj some more tips. Thanks. ;)
