Created the Minecraft version of this level. So cool. On Wikipedia, this is known to be the biggest. Level map in Texas 2 cause of the secret areas in. maze.

I never understood why they removed this level. Maybe it was a test level that was considered too advanced for beginners? The actual Level 1 in the game starts off much easier for new players.

I remember really trying to make out what the tickers in the first room after the first disco area said. I could never decipher the left or right ones, only the one in the middle that says "30 DAYS IN THE COOLER FOR TALKING." It didn't help that I wasn't playing at a resolution anywhere near this, unfortunately.

This game gave me so much childhood trauma. I remember never being brave enough to grab that dragonfly located underneath the light near the phantom in the “step into the light” room!

I have never played the game before. But I love how stereotypicaly Oriental this stage is. The far off background that is in a permanent sunset behind a China town. The goofy Chinese music. It’s great.
