Pandemonium II (PSX) - Level 3 | Zorrscha's Lab (No deaths and 80% + treasures) 

It's a very fun game indeed. Some levels can get pretty frustrating (even extra frustrating if you choose a character that is not suited for a particular level) but the overall gameplay, graphics and music more than make up for it. My opinion is probably in the minority but I prefer this one over the first installment, it just has more personality to me and each level has an identity that makes them very memorable.
