Please rest assured, VF already has a company specializing in electric vehicle charging stations, perhaps that company is also planning to build charging stations in the US and Canada when your government's policy allows, I believe. VF will always provide services to their service users anywhere in the world with the best quality. Thank you for your support of VF.

Nobody in Europe buys this car. In Hamburg/Germany we have a Vinfast sales shop in the city centre and there are always no customers. The new Audi, BMW, Kia, Huyndai and Porsche charge the battery at twice to three times the speed.
@NGUYEN-TUAN-1975
@NGUYEN-TUAN-1975 15 часов назад
You lack the electric knowledgement. Charging 2-3 times of speed is more dangerous because of battery heat and heated electric connections. You see vinbus, a bus with 213kwh battery capacity can carry 50-60 passengers without any catching fire. Porsche releases a recall about fired risky battery. Mercedes have fired 2 cases in garage. I believe vinfast because i see the good tech character design. So, i dont mind if the car can charge so fast at 120kwh-140kwh, and can charge so normal at 70-80kwh on 70% battery.

@@NguyenSon-iv5ju I have been driving an Audi e-tron gt for 2 years, google the car. I have an 800 volt system with 270 KW charging power at peak. From 10 % to 60 % I charge at the 300 KW charger with 270 kW, then the charging curve drops to 150 KW to 85 % then to 90 KW. In 17 minutes I'm driving on with a range of 380 km. And the Audi was launched in May 2021. You've all been bought by Vinfast or employees from Vinfast Marketing. Vinfast sold 32 cars in Germany from January to June, not 32 thousand, 32!!! Audi sold 15,000 electric cars in Germany alone during this period. Vinfast does not and will not play a role in Europe and is a non-existent brand. And the Canadian tester is also bought by Vinfast, because why does he connect the car to an old V2 Supercharger and not to a V3 or V4, the charging would look even worse than it already is.

I have a unique insight. I just finished renting a Tesla from Hertz for four weeks and I’d have to say the last place I would buy a Tesla is from Hertz. Prior to this rental I had only test driven a Tesla. But almost right away and consistently I found myself in awkward positions supercharger stations. I can’t tell you how many times for various reasons I had the car down to close to 10% which is supposed to be bad for the batteries. And it didn’t stop right to the last day.. I think I was down to as low as 7% on my last charge. And while they handed it out to Now, the only thing in their fleet now is short range which exacerbates the problem. They handed the car off to me with only 40 miles left, which is exactly where you’re supposed to start charging. So no matter how fast I got to the next charging station I would be lower then I should be. So these batteries take a lot of abuse. I wasn’t trying to abuse this car. You just arrive at charging station and there is a 20 minute wait. Or you drive to a station and it’s closed like it was in Burbank and everything in Burbank was almost shut off. So you’re freaking out wondering if you can get to the next charging station. You might pull into a shopping mall that charges nine dollars for 40 minutes just for you to be in the mall. So you have to go by a cup of coffee to get validated for two hours.. that sounds crazy but it happens to me twice until I learned I could abuse the grace. In these malls by charging for 15 minutes then getting out before the grace period ended.. I have so many stories of range anxiety from these four weeks. Nevertheless, I was seriously considering buying one, because we’re so comfortable and kind of fun. But it was in the last moment of my rental where I decided this was gonna be a bad idea. If you get a Hertz rental, they just give you the key credit card, which is just a flat object that you set loosely on the center console. There’s no slot for it. There’s no resting place that fits the.card. So when you stop or accelerate, that card is gonna go flying wherever it wants. I spent so much time looking for that stupid piece of plastic card. And one time it almost left me stranded with 50 cars around me on a freeway offramp.. it did leave me stranded, but it took me like three minutes to find the card and it was so embarrassing. Anyway, I never wanted to go through that again and in just four weeks the number of horrible stories just shocking me that I was still interested in this car at the end.

Electric cars have 30 moving parts, compared to 300 for an ICE vehicle. That alone is going to make a used electric much less problematic. The only real question is the battery. Unless it has been damaged in some way, you should be able to get a couple hundred thousand miles out of it. Checking the condition of the brakes, suspension, interior, and bodywork applies, just like any other car.

A lot of reviewers forgot that it is 10 years 125,000 miles warranty bumper to bumper. Therefore the price is not that bad. If I was VinFast, I will give 2 options for the warranty. 5 years 60,000 miles warranty the price will be $45,000 USD.

@3:05 if it was used for a rental and has a 250 mile range how could it be charged 2,3,4 times a day ??? They would have be driving 500-1000 miles a day in town??? I could see 1 supercharge a day and it would be a 20-full. Plus with the 2022 and up being LFP (LR is still turnigy battery I have read) studies show almost no difference in degradation. Everyone makes their own choice but I would not hesitate to get one of these rentals it is not like they are a 2012 Nissan Leaf. The average gasser last 175k and then the engine is done....I know there are edge cases where the engine last a lot longer with care ( looking at you Toyota 4.7) these batteries are lasting 300,000+ miles for the average person that is 20 years of driving!

The hood releases are on the very left and right under the dash inside a little knockout. They are loops, like a key ring. Hard to dig out. Too bad you didn't review the M60. The air suspension is sublime in every way. Also notice that ALL the sensors (cell, GPS, laser) are in the grill, so no shark fin. Also, iDrive 8.5 is fantastic, navigation is incredible. 8.0 completely sucked. The iX has changed everything I thought about cars--total paradigm shift. Also, the steering wheel is a hexagon. Octo=8. Hexa=6. One thing, BMW doesn't lie about: range. My Tesla friends, regardless of model, are all in the 250 miles range. Both our iXs do 320+ everytime. The iX50 can do even more.

I think you're disingenuous in comparing the cost of the performance version of the GV60 with the Lexus. I recently bought the RWD version and it's much better than the top trim of the Ioniq 6 or the Kia in terms of comfort and ride quality. Granted, I know you're in Canada and probably need AWD, which I don't need where I live. As far as Lexus is concerned, they are the most boring vehicles known to man.
