Thanks for this I think I have a stress fracture of my leg just above my left ankle in the outside...I pace around to much and turn around by twisting and the grip of my sneakers on the ground must cause me to get small cracks or break stress fracture... with it taped like this it feels more stable...I should probably rest but I can't seem to stay off it...😂
Hi! If there is ankle pronation, Than should I take the last two tape from outside with strech, or should I take IT from the inner side As in the video? Thanks!
It wasn't this brand, but I taped my elbow for quite a while. It wasn't a cure, but it really did help keep my pain from getting worse. Unfortunately, with age, I have developed a sensitivity to adhesives, so eventually had to stop using it.
