Si ma se inizi a ragionare come un imprenditore potremo fare a meno delle etichette e comunque del mondo che non esiste più, ma il lavoro da fare è sicuramente diverso e più complicato. Non impossibile, servono solo soldi e saperli investire intelligentemente. Sto creando un percorso che documento passo passo, ma non c’è niente di sicuro, rincuorante!

Dovremmo essere nella categoria di quelli che si sono fatti un nome ai tempo d oro quando l arte ancora veniva premiata. Bisogna ammettere che loro nel 95 erano innovativi e sono partiti praticamente da zero e ci hanno messo anni per diventare mainstream. Quindi io li metterei nella categoria di quelli che se lo sono guadagnato il successo. E ora metti che si siano anche adeguati alla modernità

I craved nicotine for about 3 months and mostly felt depressed and bored. But after that it truly got a lot better. It’s so weird to look back and realize how your brain tricks you. I definitely know the exhausting cycle you speak of and you probably feel like it’s not worth it. I guarantee you after 3 months you will feel ENTIRELY different. It is crazy how different you will feel, I assure you. Just power through it. Good luck!

It seems to be hard but I think quiting isn't actually that challenging. I've had the hardest time when I was quiting for the first time after smoking about pack a day. After couple of years I got back to it for about a year but it wasn't that hard to quit anymore. If think it's crucial to change your opinion and thinking patterns about smoking and start hating it. I think most of the people are struggling because they think the time will solve the problem for them but on the low they still love to smoke. When you change your approach and actually change your thinking it's much easier just to accept new reality instead of having constant fight with the addiction. There is a great book about it by Allen Clar. I can highly recommend it. :)
I wish you luck on your journey. I have tried to quit many times and failed. Something to keep me in check when keeping off nicotine is when i think of how much healthier i used to be, how i could ride bikes for miles over hills and dirt roads and how it sapped my energy and left me impoverished and frail, physically and mentally. Don't let something that starts out as a distraction or a social ritual turn into a constant part of your life because at that point it's very hard to separate that from yourself.
hey guys, im 21 and i have a younger brother 2 years younger who is currently fully addicted to cigarettes. Im worried for his health and future but I dont know how to go about helping him because ive never been a smoker in my life. I'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks
Loved this. I quit all forms of smoking on the 21st of june 2024. The subtle changes in quality of life and decision making, has been undeniably evident. Although i do think of the dopamine release you get from smoking weed, i know its for the better long term.

Thanks for your input…but after messing around for weeks ( no joke) I did the best thing. On my main studio pc I installed an EVO 4 from audient that has a so called loopback build in. No hassle at all. In my drumroom I added an old tascam usb audio interface to my focusrite 2i2 setup. There are some tutorials about that procedure to be found on yt. I remember a guy named Benoni…. For me I just connected an output from my headphone amp to the inputs of the tascam and choose that as an audio input source in OBS. Problem solved. I think that a cheap usb interface will do the trick also. It solved my queeste…perhaps youres to. Skol.
nice one and thanks, i've got another solution which is Reaper's reastream vst where i put it on master track(ableton) and set it as send & audio to local broadcast and in OBS i insert the same vst in an audio input source and set it in receive mode(reastream)

Hi this video is already a bit old, I found a better way using the ASIO Link Pro software (links external audio soundcard with the underlying OS APIs or motherboard drivers I guess) that can be found *somewhere* (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) on the internet, works like a charm
