Hey everyone, my name is Mario also known as Neko, and I like making videos that I enjoy. Everything you see on this channel will be of my own interest, niche, and hobbies. Mostly millennial stuff, reacting, and a few other things.
Carbs aren’t ’good for you’. For someone trying to lose weight, one of the most effective things you can do is to cut carbs to an absolute minimum, if not zero.
Maybe you have ADHD? Procrastination and constant eating (poor impulse control) is a big sign. Ignore “hyperactivity “ part since this only applies to (some) kids.
First of all; you're really brave to be so open and vulnerable about your situation, that's not always an easy thing to do, especially when you put it online for everyone to see. You also gave really good advice on self care and the importance of prioritizing yourself. I have bipolar disorder type 2, which means that I can get really depressed for long periods of time, and what helps me and many others is routine. Good sleep, nutritious food, going outside every day and avoiding isolation are among the most important things we can do for ourselves and our mental health. Many of us need some way of reducing stress as well; some people take a mindfulness-class, others exercise, some people love to read or paint or whatever; it doesn't matter what you do as long as it reduces your stress, makes you relaxed and happy. I just want to add that it's also important to realize that there are huge differences in the severity of a depression, and that people who have been mildly to moderately depressed have a very different situation than someone who might be close to catatonic or apathetic. At my worst I was barely able to have a conversation with my doctor, I had a hard time even moving around or walking, it felt like the brain had shut down and only performed enough to keep me alive. If anyone starts showing signs of apathy and impacted ability to move or speak they need immediate help from a psychiatrist, they're not "just lazy" as some people might think. (You didn't say anything like "just get up and move" or implied that people are weak or lazy, I just had to add this last bit because I've seen too many cases where people confuse depression with lazyness) Anyway; thank you for being so open about this, and for giving sound advice without any judgement behind it. I'm happy to hear that you seem to be improving and feeling better ❤
Depression is horrible and it has so much to do with your lifestyle, but at the same time your depression is screaming at you to don't do anything so it's really hard to fight it. Your advice is exactly what a doctor would prescribe; nutrition, sleep, going outside, exercising and socializing. Unless someone is severely depressed (which means they can't do anything) those lifestyle changes helps a lot. I'm glad you seem to feel better now ❤
Increased hunger is the reason I sometimes smoke weed, I have difficulties eating sometimes and if I don't eat for a day or two I can't get started on my own. So, if she was actually trying to lose weight that seems like the most contraproductive habit ever
Yeah she's sabotaging herself. If she can't control the munchies then she shouldn't be smoking. At least munch out on something healthy like fruits. Apples are my go to
@@nekosoflo I'm not a psychologist but I get the impression that she wants to fail, maybe proving to herself that she's not worthy or not good enough to make the changes, like some sort of self-hate... As I said, I'm no psychologist, but I think she should see one. I've struggled with mental health and disordered eating and I can see how someone who's severely depressed could do this to themselves. I think she's mentally ill and/or has an addiction, but no one's going to able to help her unless she decides that she wants it
same old, she will start to meet new girlfriend, go to fast food restaurants few times a day, will be even more immobile, brake with a new girlfiend and start a new diet for like 4 days and post few videos crying because of ex girlfiend and being fat, quit diet and search for a new victim, until some terrible health issue stikes her :( all for money from yt so she doesn't have to really work
Ah that makes a lot of sense thanks for clearing that up. Idk why I didn't think of that in the first place lol. Those types of discussions never really bother me so I guess that's why
Isnt Ozempic meant to make you LESS hungry tho? Its not magic bullet. So the fact that she feels hunger means something is not right and she should continue to seek medical advice on this. We can all cross our arms and say 'she needs more will power and not eat when she feels hungry' but thats not practical, because if thats all she needs, she wouldnt be on Ozempic in the first place.
If we looked at self saboteur in the dictionary it would have her photo there. Anytime anything starts to work for her she finds and searches for anything she can cling to to blame for it failing even though it wasn’t feeling until you started looking for reasons to fail.
She could fill herself up with 8 chicken breast and 2 cups of rice a day and she would still lose weight. Her perception of healthy food is horrible on top of how much she eats.
So she was reached out to twice. Because if you re-watch her very first video she says that someone contacted her and told her about the Ozempic like product. so it looks like she took that product for about a month I lost weight and then from the videos that she made about it a company reached out to her and said hey we sell that ozempic like product also. We want to give you free product through a sponsorship.
I have an addiction to food. And not just eating. I love the feeling of being full and then stuffing my face more. I’ve been in control of it for a while now and if I really want to be full I eat spinach, which I do like. I have bought personal watermelons to cut up, blend up, put through mesh to make watermelon water which fills me up so fast and easily. I eat whatever but I try to eat more proteins and healthier foods and drinks. I calorie count and have lost 70 pounds. I’m still going. I’m at 170. If you have a problem and want to be FULL full on a calorie deficit just eat fruits and veggies. Obviously ones you love. I add lemon juice to the watermelon to make watermelon lemonade and keep it in the fridge.
Can anybody explain what the big deal is talking/gossipping about this obese broad? Matter how boring your life is, there has to be something better you can spend your time...
That really depends I think. Some people like to gossip, others like to use it as a source of inspiration. I focus on the health aspects and primarily. I even said on one of my previous videos I like to use videos like hers (and others) as inspiration for what I DON'T want to get to.
I'm a vegetarian and on the GERD diet, so I hardly eat any processed food outside my protein products. I have a lot of protein powder with berries for a protein shake, and I like a couple bakery items that have protein in them, and I like to have English muffins with my eggs. Outside that, I eat a ton of eggs, and fruit and veggies. My diet is very expensive, but im able to do it right now, so I do. I dont like the taste of highly processed foods anymore 🤷♀️
I can totally understand not liking processed foods anymore. You taste buds change and adapt. You got this! It's expensive, but remember there's always cheaper options depending on the marker you're going to 🙂 I found Publix to be pricey and started checking out local farms and farmers markets for produce. It's sooo much cheaper!
I also started at 243, and I was 226 when I went into my weightloss dr a couple weeks ago, but ive definitely lost atleast a few pounds since then, so we are pretty close! I've also been doing it since about march, but it was off and on at the start. I'm glad I found you!
Same here! It's always rocky at the beginning. But little by little you make changes that make it easier to get accustomed to. I hope I can help you out in any way! Thanks so much for being here!
She's back to vaping Delta to eat through the suppressant effects like she did last time. Other than her usual lying to her audience she's lying to her mom.
I saw! I just reacted to her latest video and gave my thoughts on that. If she can't control those munchies and refuses to stop, then she's never going to succeed. I know it's hard to combat munchies, but it's totally possible
I'm on a weightloss/health journey myself because I desperately need a hiatal hernia surgery. So I got referred to a weightloss dr in January, and in March I actually got my act together and started eating better and moving more, and so far ive lost 20lbs. I dont qualify for ozempic (or any of that type of med) because of underlying conditions that I have, so right now I'm doing it without any meds. There's really only two options for me, and both of them are expensive (for me, I'm on disability, so everything is expensive to me😂) so im going to try and get there without meds🤞 This is the first video I've seen of yours, but I subscribed and will be checking out the rest of your content! 🫶
Thank you so much for being here and watching! I remember the other comment mentioning it can get expensive. There are so many other places though! If you're able to make it to a farmers market or a local farm, they usually have really good priced produce. As for meat I've started buying in bulk at bjs or Costco. It lasts so much longer. Either way, you're doing fantastic! You'll get to your goal and get the surgery you need. You got this!!! 💪💪💪
I smell BS. She is making all the excuses under the sun for not losing weight. She also needs to get her food addiction under control because until this happens, the weight will return. Oprah Whingry is a classic example of someone who looks for a quick fix without dealing with the underlying food issue. I hope that Amber keeps on track and doesn’t get disheartened.
She is such a liar. She physically and emotionally abused all of her exs and she has the nerve say "What I deserve". She doesn't deserve sh*t all she deserves is to be alone for the rest of her life. Plus she cheated in every relationship she has been. I honestly truly can't stand how awful of a person she is.
Thanks for sharing. This video helped me so much! :) I relate to so many things you talked about when it came to sneak eating and binging. It really helped me not feel alone.
The wild chicken chips are good. They are crunchy, but not potato chip crispy. The salt and vinegar ones are my favorite, but I like that flavor. The other flavors are good, too. The plain ones are not great imo. Way better than quest protein chips, though. Shes smoking something saying they’re like skins. They aren’t like that. They are worth a try, though.
How do you stand her voice, seriously? Its the worst since she hauled to Oklahoma as a big supa star influencer and started talking in her Valley Gurl West Coast Hollywood I’mFamousLynn accent. I cant listen to even 30 seconds of it. I’d rather put it on mute and read the subtitles 😂
She reminds me of a former friend who always had the most amazing stories, and whatever happened to someone else it had happened to her too but a lot worse. She was also considered amazing at every job she ever had, but it was always someone who got her fired by making stuff up about her, she was always the innocent victim. All her exes were abusive, but she only mentioned it after they broke up and she was always the one to break it up because no one could dump such a wonderful person as her self. Of course it turned out that she was basically a pathological liar who told different stories to different people. I'm just saying that her and ALR come across as very similar...
@@nekosoflo that mentality is so weird to me; why would anyone want to be seen as a constant victim? I've been through stuff that I didn't talk about for years, just because I don't want to be reduced to a victim. And these people are searching for victimhood?
Like you said before, she is not eating enough. For it to work you have to change your eating habits and exercise. More home cooked balance meals and she will be fine. I'm on it and there are times I get hungry and want to eat but I don't because I have a goal
All she needs is a magic thing called calorie deficit; eating pasta and bread will cause a majority of people to burn muscle. You're signaling metabolic inflammation to your endocrine system. Only eat oats or quinoa. Almost any other grain will damage your body. The #1 thing above all else in a calorie deficit is NO JUNK CARBS. I 100% guarantee it'll work when you have at least 60lbs to lose. The reason is those are very high GI foods, so if anyone in your family has diabetes, it will screw you. White potatoes also must be limited, period. It's the same as eating a cookie. It's addictive junk and has endogenous opioids that attach to your opioid receptors and cause addiction. Same as morphine. Look up "foods with opioid effect." Milk, wheat, barley, spinach, soy, rice, white potato. A regular baked white potato has a GI score of 111, which ranks even higher than pure glucose. us.myprotein.com/thezone/nutrition/sweet-potato-vs-white-potato-nutrients-glycemic-index/
Light exercise for your knee and shoulder. Take a rest, but keep them moving so they heal well. And Ramen's great. I cut up and freeze some vegetables (carrots, brocolli, bean shoots, bok choi etc. Anything freezable) as well as some tofu or cooked chicken, and add them in while it's boiling. I don't like egg but people add a boiled egg to finish it off. I sometimes add a spoon of peanut butter in the broth depending on what flavour as well (I don't drink the broth). There's no reason you can't make a more complete meal out of ramen and enjoy it on occasion. And if I don't eat it all, I drain the broth put it in the fridge and pan fry it the next day - adding some extra veg or protein.
What's light? Go heavy or go home! 😅😅😅 Maybe that's why I got in this situation in the first place 🤣 When I do treat myself to ramen it's usually from a restaurant to get the full flavor.... And not have to cook 😅
The fact that she made up a girlfriend just to be the one to break up hahahah how pathetic do you have to 😂😂😂 She is always the one to be broken up with not the one doing the breaking. You notice every time she had a break up she always say "What I deserve" like she is the victim. She cheated in all her relationships and abused them. She deserves to be alone for the rest of her life.
I don't want to increase my dosage because I want to get off of it. She needs to cook and stop getting all that process food. Eating that only makes you hungry
