As the title suggests, cardio is NOT NEEDED in order to lose weight. Can it help? OF COURSE! But is it necessary? Naaaaa. I hate cardio. Running, jumping jacks, sprinting, it's just not for me. I never incorporated it into my weight loss or workout routine, so it's just something I never did and was still able to lose 60 pounds. Now I'm not saying DON'T DO IT!
