As the title suggests, cardio is NOT NEEDED in order to lose weight. Can it help? OF COURSE! But is it necessary? Naaaaa. I hate cardio. Running, jumping jacks, sprinting, it's just not for me. I never incorporated it into my weight loss or workout routine, so it's just something I never did and was still able to lose 60 pounds. Now I'm not saying DON'T DO IT! Watch this video to find out what I mean.

Walking is highly under rated. Get your steps in at least 7500 a day. Weight or strength training is super duper important. But muscles are built in the kitchen yes! Get your protein in, veggies, and I eat carbs usually 1 hour after my training. Ooo I'm super interested in muy thai!! I eventually want to join a place that is right by me that has an all womens gym and I can take muy thai. I train 3-4x a week, I use cleaning to get my steps up, and spread it out...I love swimming, and walking.

To me, working out and eating clean go hand in hand. I know it's mental, but I cant do one without the other. But cardio wise, I had to find a way to make it fun like in muay Thai. I average over 1k burned calories in 1 class! But any form of cardio will help. Whether it's walking or swimming. Keep up the awesome work! And thanks for watching! 😊😊

You can't outrun a bad diet. For weight loss eating less will get you results. Exercise is for health an aesthetics.
