I am a mole catcher, mole hunter or some may say mole whisperer…following in my Father’s footsteps I can show you how to catch moles. I prefer the thrill of the hunt and catching moles alive rather than using traps. I like to catch moles with nothing but my bare hands...I am the MOLiminator.

That’s kind… here’s the secret to how I normally catch moles if you haven’t got it from my other videos. In my small subdivision of 28 homes I’ve caught over 200. You can do it! It’s all about learning where and when they are working. You walk down all the runs the night before and then the next morning you go out and check for any raised areas in the grass and if the dirt looks freshly excavated. Moles generally eat about every four hours so check the area for movement and if nothing then check it again every half hour or so. Once you see the ground moving very quietly walk up to that area. If you are not very careful the mole will hear you and stop working. Wait for movement again then stomp (or punch) right behind the mole then flip it out with a shovel, a mattock or your hand LOL 💪🏻. Remember to be careful as they do have 44 teeth and will bite depending on how you pick them up. Check out a couple of my other videos with tutorials on my page and you will be well on your way to catching your own moles! Since 2023 all moles are being translocated and released. I do this as a free service and pay to transport and feed them myself. I haul them in the MOLE-TEL I built for the back of my car. 😂 I am trying to grow my social media following on Facebook, Instagram, and RU-vid while teaching others how to catch their own moles… I hope to someday retire and catch moles for free. Give my page a follow to learn more… God Bless and happy mole hunting! 👊🏻🤠

Years ago I was looking for another location to set a mole trap. I asked my daughter who was about four at the time if this was a good spot she said yes and I stuck the screwdriver in the ground to find the trail then I took two scoops with the post hole digger and on the second scoop I caught that mole. Why do they make a mole hill? Do they come out of it?
@MOLiminator
@MOLiminator 3 месяца назад
They make mole hills when they dig a lot deeper and they need somewhere to go with the dirt. The best thing I can tell you about hills is the first day they come up walk out there with your leaf blower and the dirt is like sand. If you blow the dirt it will disappear in your surrounding grass because it is so fine. You will see one small hole maybe the size of a half a dollar and your other grass should be fine. People stomp them down and mow over them and it just spreads the dirt and kills all the grass. You will have a yard full of dirt patches. Once they excavate in between two hills the tunnel has been cleared. You will never get all the dirt back under the ground. Hopefully, eventually he will start making runs and then you catch him. If you go to my page I have a video about picking up the dirt and throwing it around your yard. That was before I heard of the leaf blower trick! 👊🏻
