It's not from Tierkreis, but is part of Michael's formula from the LICHT cycle. It features on at least two readily-available CDs/downloads that I know of: "Michaels Reise um die Erde" (Marco Blaauw, trumpet soloist) or "Michaels Reise - Solisten Version" (Markus Stockhausen on trumpet).
It sounds like absolute garbage. It does not harmonise, nor create any pleasure to the ear. It portrays no emotion other than bringing terror to the audience when they hear terrible shit like this. And "as though neither of you heard it before" Who are you referring to?

Dear Mr. Castillo, Let us thank Kathinka Pasveer her unstinting support to the composer for allowing nearly all of his oeuvre to be posted on the U-Tube. Also,, Ed Chang's stockhausenspace.blogspot.com site was incredibly helpful negotiatiating through the SO MANY HOURS of his works posted, practically all. If it was elucidating to spend a summer seriously investigating Stockhausen's compositions, perhaps it is not my place to say that despite his enormous skill technique and even genius, there are many works after the 70's I find exasperating. The second part is "I hope you know more about LICHT! and that's when my cousin said "elion appears in the judas priest album" (and michael is the main character of course of the whole thing.) -so we both looked at our faces, my cousin and I, and we thought why is he saying that? -"Tell him to read the title!" Maybe the title will help him understand more, I thought. B) K.H.S. = Greatness. !) We think the title is quite synthetic of the meaning. I have never met Judas Priest; is that a person, or a band? I would like to ask Ms. Pasveer if the composer was ever irritated by being taken up by influencing the pop musicians of his time. Enjoying a brew and a vape, I regret my gizmo is too slow to revisit Michaelion, but, please, let it not be me to diminish your communion with this composer. With Stockhausen, might he be remembered as a musician that transgressed the boundaries of greatness and grandeur? Laocei Yes, do help the music of Stockhausen by making people aware that everything (Stockhausen Complete Edition, now comprising already 104 CDs) is directly available from us (www.stockhausenCDs.com). That would be important. All CDs have extensive booklets in German and English, with lots of photographs, sketches, texts by Stockhausen, which help understanding the music even better. And the sound quality is much better from the original CDs....
