I have been avoiding bread for the past week as this seems to bloat me out and give me gut issues. It's now the weekend and hub made me cheese on white toast which made me feel uncomfortable again, so I am glad I have found some bread alternatives. I am missing my bread as I need something to dip into my soup at lunchtimes and I have been feeling very hungry as I am having salads which don't appear to fill me up at all. I will see if my supermarket sells these different bread alternatives. Thanks

For me, Giving up desserts is really hard, I LOVE cakes and everything that tastes sweet like chocolate fudge, The worst part is baking a cake is one of my motivation to get up from bed😭😭

This isn't necessarily true because there's different types of salt table salt being the worst. Redmond's real salt and pink Himalayan salt are the best because they're loaded with minerals that actually help in lowering blood pressure. It's still sodium so you have to watch your intake but ive been taking real salt daily in a glass of water and I also don't use table salt anymore and I can tell you my heart palpitations have stopped and I don't feel light headed.
