Using 2x camera in taking potrait is just a digital zoom result from the main camera sensor. U should use 2.5x which is the telephoto camera sensor with real 'long' lens perspective for better face propotion...
Yup! Someone pointed this out in an earlier comment and I can't believe I missed it 🙃 I've started experimenting more with the 2.5 and a technical person will see the difference but truthfully, real-world use shows both the digital 2x and optical 2.5x work great in portrait mode
6:05 The 2x zoom in Portrait mode uses the main camera and just cropped to 2x, to fully take advantage of the dedicated telephoto lens, use the 2.5x zoom instead.
Is this phone the best at portraits given the price point? Is the google pixel 7 or oppo reno12 pro better? How does it compare to the s23 ultra? Thanks alot guys
Hmm. We honestly haven't tried the Pixel ourselves since it isn't available in our area but fellow tech reviewer friends regard the Pixel as a better all-around camera vs portrait camera Samsung S23 also doesn't focus on portrait photography but is a fast shooter and great zoom quality. Rarely any motion blur. Personally not a fan of the overly saturated colors Samsung uses for its post-processing, though. But it is the only flagship you mentioned so it'll perform better overall out of the box, I would think. The reno12 Pro is what I have right now and Im still getting to know it. So far, performance seems similar to the reno11 Pro. It seems they're really focusing on the AI features for this year on the reno12 but we'll have a video review soon 🤞
Personally would go for this. Similar camera setup, but it seems like the honor 200 utilizes its better. I also find more use out of the Harcourt filters vs the Zeiss bokeh that vivo offers as its unique photo feature
this is a huge help in my decision for buying a new phone tomorrow...since release of Vivo V30 pro it's my first choice because how I'm impressed with the reviews I've watched that even one tech vlogger used it as his secondary phone but I definitely consider this honor 200 Pro than Vivo v30 pro tomorrow @@TheModernCreatures
Btw, if both of you do prefer vivo as a brand, we also suggest the iQOO 12. Pretty affordable flagship with great camera performance and is actually a sub-brand of vivo
no this is not a good phone i am useing this phone rite now and it's so ugly it doesn't even have google and the camera is ugly it's not even a smart camera if i picture a QR code it doesn't do anything it's not even a smart phone such a waste don't recommend🙁👎🏻
I believe it depends on the airline. I've successfully brought and used mine on a plane both for local and international flights. I've only been called out once on an Asian airline and the reasoning was that it wasn't "medical-grade" I tried to explain that it was but ended up having to use the medical mask they provided me. This was in 2022. - Vikka
Video really isn't its strong suit :( Turning the electronic stabilization on does help but can't shoot in 4K with that on 🙃 Hopefully next gen is better
1 year later, the cameras on this device are still top notch. I did not experience any shutter speed delays. I can blame blurry shots on myself for having shaky hands lol.
Hi there! If you're talking about the console working in the PH, the more recent ones are multivolt so it should work with no problem but please check the voltage to be sure as USA uses 110v and PH 220v. You wouldn't want it to explode here ☠️ As for playing with friends, region shouldn't matter as long as the game supports it
Am cumpărat telefonul la 540 lei transportul inclus și e ok. Înainte aveam Samsung Galaxy z3. Era mai scump și asta înseamnă că era mai rapid. Dar și zte e ok. Frumos review.
Current battery tech is already becoming the bottle neck for mobile technology. There is research and development for better batteries, but they seem more focus on cutting costs for manufacturers instead of improvements such as - capacity and lifespan 😒
Just like laptops replaced desktop computing for many handhelds, tablets and mobiles will eventually do the same to laptops. - Specs grow more powerful. I simply prefer to use a tablet 2-in-1 and also game on PC handhelds now.
Agree! Im also a heavy tablet user and now prefer handheld gaming, too. Im just waiting for this handheld tech to bloom into whatever its going to be because its for sure going to cross borders
Nice bumping into your video, I bought the Legion Go with a very similar mindset & approach to yours ... The idea of carrying something more compact than a comparable laptop, with half the cost, and being able to use it on the go for light photo / video editing, camera tethering and use on client meetings was far too tempting. I only wish there was a variant with more RAM: 24GBs or 32GBs (which brings me to the only correction I'd like to make on your video ... RAM can't be upgraded on this one. Fixed 16GBs of RAM shared between APU VRAM & actual RAM). Also, I've noticed the performance of External SSDs is not consistent (my Samsung T7 disconnects randomly), seems like it's a Windows 11 issue rather than a Lenovo issue but an issue nevertheless. So I end up copying data I'll be using to the local SSD, work on it, then once I wrap up, copy it back to the original location on the external drive!! To fix the battery issue, I ended up buying a power bank, and then bought a dock to connect to peripherals & an external screen, a mini keyboard, and mini mouse ... and well, I think all that defeats one of the main purposes of my purchase (lower costs!) :) But ... I love this thing! Oh, and Legion Space will be overhauled soon, look out for it ... Yay!
Nice knowing someone out there has the same mindset! Agree with a lot of your sentiments especially the RAM. (Thanks for the correction, btw! Will recheck my research). And also had the same experience with external SSDs and yes we also feel it may be a portable Windows thing since there were quite a bunch of Windows issues we did run into. Thanks for your input! appreciate you taking the time. I share your excitement with having such a powerful/portable gaming/editing machine ✨
Fake review. I had both 9se and a32. But nova 9se? 👎👎 manloloko ka.. bayaran ka yata ng huawei.. wag kayo maniwala jan.
Binenta ko nga agad 9se ko wla kc kwenta cam. 2months ko lng nagamit.. I bought nova 9. Then sobrang goods performance ni nova 9 pero ngkaprob nman aq sa apps. Hassle ung wlng playstore kaya binenta ko ulit. Now I am using honor 90 5G so far so good..
@@priyanthavithanage6838 Ok Honor battery is very good and at the same time of good quality. I mostly charge it when it has 15% or less left . After charging the Honor x8b when I use the phone a lot, the phone lasts for 1 day or more, sometimes even 3 days
