I have the Bluetooth version and it's horrible the bike feels like you're riding through wet cement when you stop pedaling.. The bike shop just took mine out to see the difference and it's much better without it but obviously limited speed wise, I'm going to get it fitted again but you can DEFINITELY feel a difference and ANY bike shop will know it's fitted just by the feel!!
I had a massively bad experience with Rubbee X. Took me months to get a refund for a non-working product, and after a dispute with my payment company, they refunded me my purchase price minus 23-percent! "Wear and tear" on a product that only lasted for 75 miles.... shady. Buyer beware!!!
Fact that I don't see the bike in the website a year from this being uploaded usually mean bad news, please tell me these bike are still in production bc that blue orange charged bike with the motorcycle seat is way too sexy
@@TwoWheelsEmpire good to hear! If you ship to Canada I’ll make sure to buy this for sure, was going to buy a surron but that blue bike is just sexier! Also do you have any specs on these?
I own one. Definitely a big waste of money. Breaks on every ride and then overheats and shuts down. The wheel on it already warped after 4 rides. It's a great concept but needs a lot of changes to the design and way more testing. After my first ride I wondered if anyone actually tested this thing?! For the $800 I paid I could just buy a full eBike that works much better.
Are you sure it's a good design. Reminds me of something Mr Bean would come up with on his day out. Think about what this is it's using a pulley to try and move the top of the tyre.
Absolutely not recommended product, I bought it to have an electric bike when I come back from abroad, every time I find the battery of the pedal sensor that runs out, I change it and it doesn't recognise the sensor, and then the app to update, and then it works for 5 minutes and then it goes in a loop, and then I change the android smartphone and try ios and there are other problems. In short, I've wasted about 900 euros on the kit and extra batteries. The button to hook the motor to the wheel is hard and the plastic around it cuts the thumb, a plastic riser would be enough to solve the problem. The screws underneath are at a 45 degree angle and difficult to unscrew, the extra batteries difficult to release. So many things that put together make this kit bad. I have learnt that these Bluetooth kits are a real mousetrap, the promises are many the facts very few. The next ebike a wired model and without a capestro app!!!! In general, I am sick of buying all these connected and overconnected products that do nothing but complicate life.
Thank You for sharing our town’s environment in such beautiful way - from two wheels perspective! This is a great way to show how freely You can move around and to enjoy visiting this culture capital of 2022! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So the crank shaft has a Bluetooth sensor sending technology? Is the battery in it like AAA NiCAd? How fast does tread wear down back tire, or front tire? Is there like an alternator/generator built inside the rubbee x unit-so it powers the recharge thru pedal assist? (So you dont have to charge the unit so many times-infrequently?)
