Hey there! Tesla knew the car was salvaged almost a year prior. I confirmed that with my local service advisor. This has been happening for years where Tesla will randomly enable supercharging on salvaged vehicles. I have no idea why they do this, but my guess is to collect data. It usually stays on for 1-3 weeks.
@@WinstonsGarage How would Tesla know it was salvaged? just because it was total doesn't count, when it's rebuilt and registered then DMV send the data to tesla.
Hey i am trying to get a 2023 tesla model 3 and it has a salvage title. Without the super charging at the tesla station. Can i be able to super charger it at some other stations like electrify America, charge point and stuff like a CSS station ? I just wanna make sure before i buy it.
