The line between not watching and suddenly watching for 6 hours is so thin haha. It sucks when you're like Ive already watched 10 minutes might as well keep going and then next thing you know 3 hours are gone
I wanted to write it down so it is easier to come back to: Weightlifting for muscles Pre-run: clothes (whatever you have preferably a mix of polyesters and spandex to avoid chafing), food high in carbs, dynamic stretches & warmup Run: start small, walking, then speed walking and finally a short run. Increase distance or time over weeks, don’t rush it Post-run: stretching (a cooldown walk is also welcomed), hydration, food (high in protein and carbs) Sleep 8-9 hours minimum Don’t run every day, start with 2 runs a week. Remember to enjoy it with some good music or good company :)
This was a great video! So many good points ! and so many great reasons to finally make the step to quit some of the apps and lower the time spent on ones phone, even though it is a hard thing to do. Bad habits are hard to break..
This is the first video I have seen of yours and as a native English speaker, I am genuinely so impressed by your fluency! I'm glad the algorithm randomly recommended your channel to me because I am actually just now trying to begin learning Spanish as a second language. I watched your "Sally Rooney day" video because I'm an avid reader and it was really neat to hear how effortless you speak between both languages. Anyways, I really like your content, so I say go for it and keep creating! ~ a new subscriber :)
@@maferbriz definitely! I totally understand the accent thing too, just on the other side I guess.. It's embarrassing because I look Perúvian (because I am) but I've lived in the USA for my entire life, so I sound purely like a white/American girl. * I can't roll my r's to save my life.. 😭
Thank you for being so vulnerable and honest with how you’re feeling! 🫶 it definitely puts things into perspective. I’ve never seen your videos and it just randomly came up on my feed so I felt like it was some type of sign to watch it, and I’m glad I did. Keep doing you and I hope the negative feelings pass soon 🤍 sending love and positivity your way ✨
I lived 18 years in Mexico before I moved to Canada to study. That was last year, now I have spent 8 months in Canada and for the past 3 months I have been back in Mexico for summer break. Every day I struggle with the same things you mentioned in the video, on one hand I love the liberty I have in Canada, I love taking the subway, going for walks to explore new places, everything I want to do I can do it. But on the other hand I feel bad for leaving my family behind and when I’m in Mexico I don’t have those same liberties I do have in Canada. Now that I am technically back “home” I have this weird feeling about not knowing where I belong. It sucks and I don’t think it’s something that’s going away anytime soon, but I want to thank you for sharing your experience. I can’t quite explain why but knowing I’m not alone in having these kind of feelings feels like a relief. So, thank you, and keep making the videos you want to make :)
knowing someone else feels the way you do is sooo validating, thank you for the kind words🫶🏻 and I do hope the feeling goes away, eventually. Good luck!
