My employer booked some high ropes team building in November but had to cancel after 16 of 28 point blank refused to do it. Management is hopping mad that it's not going ahead.
doing exercises via time scale is much better than rep scale in that your focus is on completing the time allotment with the best form. rep based might get into bad habits by cheating through to get the desired rep number.
They always mix up American with Canadian in these international candy shops i get it they're both in North America and the one's who travel can distinguish the difference but others living outside of North America can't they need to be more specific about which is which.
after 4 years, still your videos are my favorite workouts. when I feel my main workout isn't enough or I don't have time I do your quick workout and it's still hard to do 😁, please make more training videos

So I loved doing your 6 min workouts with no equipment. But now Ím pregnant myself and lost all my fitness because of my sickness for the first 20 weeks and now Ím struggling to find a fitting fitnessprogram for me. *Could you do a workout combination for pregnant women too?* I would love to have some from you!!

I loved you earlier abs videos and use them a lot to guiding part of my work out. I'll try this one too. This one is pretty funny near the end. I'm better than those guys, but not nearly as good as you.
