What program would you suggest for someone who is intermediate who is dealing with some inbalances or old injury?

Actually one thing I struggle with, is finishing ingredients when I’m preparing a meal, so it’ll be soooo cool if there’s a filter on the recipes section where I could click what I have in the kitchen and it shows me the recipes that uses them. 😂😂 I know this is suggestion might be more towards a food app, but just putting it out there in hopes that this thought could spark something for someone else.
