I just can't wait to see where this all goes in this hobby. Someone's going to be left holding the bag on a piece of paper with bo auto that people claim IA worth 100k. When wembys knees are trash in 4 years people will leave the card hobby and never come back
@mojo_sports Bunch of cards graded rookies of Ohtanis, Edwards, Soto, Wemby, Jordan jersey Cards, Trout Auto. I can send you pics just let me know to where. I'm with you on the war against repackers lol.
Hi Mojo Sports, I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your incredible video on how you collect your sports cards as a personal collection. As a mature man looking to start a meaningful tradition with my stepson, your heartfelt and honest presentation really struck a chord with me. Your passion and authenticity have not only inspired me but also given me the confidence that this is the right path for us, both personally and as a bonding experience. Your guidance on deciding what sports cards to buy, flip, and invest in was valuable. My stepson (12) is an avid Pokémon card collector, and I’m excited to join him in the world of trading cards. Thanks to your video, I've decided to start my personal collection, beginning with cards from our local team’s 2010 Super Bowl win and also commemorating the 2010 bowl season. It’s such a meaningful way to connect with my stepson, and I look forward to the memories we’ll create together. I appreciate your method of organizing sports cards to make them easy to access and enjoy more sports card shows. This new hobby is more than just collecting cards, it’s about building a lasting bond and creating a tradition that we can both cherish. Collecting has played a huge role in your life, and your passion is evident in your vlogs at card shows, card shops, and day-in-the-life activities. I’m grateful for the network you’ve built with collectors from around the world, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this journey. Thank you again for your inspiration and for making such a positive impact. This video turned a simple thought into a tangible plan for the near future, and for that, I’m truly grateful. Keep up the fantastic work! Warm regards, Twised
this is why I prefer to buy a box of packs. seeing vids like this. those boxes with raws just sitting there with no sleeve no top loader jammed in-between all the other cards. over time the air messes them up with temp changes, too many people shuffling the boxes around picking them up moving them around etc. this why they get dinged corners and show up to your door NOT looking like the photo in their listing pic.
Great pickups Jay!!! Seems like a great place to go to! Prices were very fair and I loved seeing the guys behind the counter working with you in deals! This video furthers my hype for the National!!
Average Joe has a great selection of cards on their eBay store as well! Early last month they had a terrific BIN sale on vintage cards and I'm still bummed that I missed out it!
@@mojo_sports Vintage cards of baseball players. One suggestion for collecting vintage cards is to focus on decent centered cards, even mid to low grades, over higher graded cards with less than ideal centering. You’ll save money that way. I learned of this aspect from @doubledvintagebaseballcards

It always does make me a little sad when I see these guys buying beautiful cards - knowing full well they’re just going to resell them. I don’t think really any of the card people on here are collectors actually. Not hating on it or anything… it’s just kind of annoying knowing they beat people down on pricing so they can make money. I still love the channel, MOJO. I just wish we could see more of the collecting side.. Great example really is, CHRIS SEWALL? (BASEBALL CARD COLLECTOR INVESTOR DEALER IN THAT ORDER :) He’s great.
well said. At the end of the day i love collecting, but def on the business side in this particular video so i completely understand where you are coming from with this and appreciate the feedback thanks for supporting the brand either way <3
That's my local card shop they have great cards always willing to make a deal I have pulled awesome cards from the boxes I've bought from them. I was there that day you filmed I'm in the pink lol!
Living in Vegas, I go with Harper...my son played Pop Warner Football against him...my 1st hero was Tom Seaver...TY for always responding Mojo...most RU-vidrs don't...
Hi Jay, Thanks for your video of this cool 😎 store. I love the idea of reasonable sticker prices and lots of vintage. Hope that you are doing well and feeling healthy. Take care my friend. Much love bro, Peter
