STOP! please like and comment... okay now read haha Welcome to the London Card Show Day 1. Man it is so different being in another country with the hobby of sports cards. There are some true collectors here in london. My experience at the london card show was 10/10. People were very firm on prices which was a different experience for me personally. Learned a lot about the collecting community here. Sports cards is still very new in England, but they are on the right path to growth. Jay - that is a problem at every card show. Most of the food (95%) is horrible fried crap - so typical in America. Let's get better food for the collectors.
Speaking of Pele...in 1977 my brother and I went to the NASL Soccer Bowl in Portland Oregon...the Cosmos played the Seattle Sounders...it was Pele's last game...why didn't I pick up everything game related and keep it?
Woohoo I made it with my Ramsdale, pleasure meeting you, shame you didn't get a chance to come check out my stall, but you're a busy man. Appreciate everything you do 🙏🏼
So let me get this straight, you buy an online pack, if it's a nice car you pay more to get it printed. Lol video games have already become pay to play. Now online card purchases are doubling down by making you pay for an online pack then paying for the real card. There is no such thing as a hobby anymore, it's just a collectable enterprise.
@mojo_sports true, but the hobby is turning into the video game industry, full of mirco transactions. Sorry but I'm old school, buy a pack pull the card. Or buy the card I like out right. Not buy digital, then have to buy the card again. Yes it's a business but with all the turmoil and scandal the industry has had it's about time card companies gave back and not take more. Especially in a time where alot of people are struggling financially. But no card companies are just taking people for every last dollar. Making it hard for those struggling to stay in hobby or even want to start collecting at all.
@@dominikweil8982 oh dude I’m the same. Like nothing beats having a card in my hand. I just found it interesting to see what the future plans look like and new ideas.
