I created this channel to share positive messages with the world mainly regarding self worth, valuing your life, dating and relationship advice. Just as I became a teacher with hopes to positively impact the students I am fortunate to be able to teach, I created this channel to hopefully have a positive impact on those who watch by sharing messages with others who could benefit from hearing. Thanks for watching and sharing.
I see that this is an older video maybe 10 years old but the message is timeless. If more people live their lives this way the world would be a much better place.❤
I am a empathetic leader who practices love beyond my own culture and ZIP code. Many people send a whole lifetime refusing to love beyond their own nationalitie, country, and race, but I am promise to practice loving from a global lens, and to help others reach freedom through service-learning, music, writing, and education. 🙂✏️
Such an up close and personal view at disappointment. Great examples also for this age kids so they can relate to their own lives!! You have such a glorious gift🙏🏽❤️I thank God for all you do and Clarkie will be so blessed by you dear
I'm loving every bit of this. I recently read a similar book, and it was nothing short of incredible. "The Art of Meaningful Relationships in the 21st Century" by Leo Flint
Mr Couser, I love to tune back into the video that changed my life every now and then. I remember first commenting on this video in 5th grade. Now I am in tenth grade and there is not a day that goes by where I don’t think of the lifelong lessons I learned from this video. I’ve said it many times before and I’ll say it again that this video changed my life. After watching this for the first time almost 5 years ago, I can assure you that in the bestest of ways I will never be the same. Thank you Is an understatement. I cant wait for the day I show this to my future daughters!
Watched this video in high school; it was religious, fear mongering bullshit then and still is. This guy needs to stop obsessing over teenage girls sex lives and focus on his own.
I just found this video. It really hit home. I have struggled with suicide attempts. This video is really moving. I lost my first crush to suicide. It hurt so bad. I have many regrets. I wish I had a teacher like you. My school counselors made it worse. The one yelled at me for having suicidal thoughts, the other gave me a 5 minute timer then sent me back to class every time. I just graduated from high school and I've put in so much work to get better. Thank ypu for everything you do.
I watched this when I was 12 and thought it was the best thing ever. Now I’m laughing at the hypocrisy of it compared to the boys video. A sad example of purity culture and misogyny.
I remember finding this video when I was 14 (in 2015!) and how lucky I am that I did, considering all the rubbish I could have found instead. What I heard really stuck with me and was EXACTLY at the right moment of my life because everyone was beginning to act in promiscuous ways and I had to make a choice. It helped me make the firm resolution that I had a treasure and I wanted to make sure it was safe and give it to the right person who would take care of it. I have not been perfect but I always think back to this talk and see the beauty of what I have to give. The language, the topic and the deep desires that come up in the talk are very appropriate for this age group and you show you really understand girls this age. Though of course as they grow up they're going to need reinforcement and to keep learning because this talk is especially helpful preventively which is good at their age (but perhaps not so useful for those who have already made mistakes). Thank you for being so clear and for helping me!
So amazing and much needed for me and I graduated high school in 2020. I remember watching other videos of yours in middle school. Who struggled in middle school with self love. Keep doing an amazing job and sharing for others💕
When I got home I went up to my parents and gave them a hug and said thank you. A lot of things you talked about I relate to so hearing that many other people are just like me helped. Thanks for the great talk!
I remember watching "What every 8th grade girl needs to hear" 8 years ago when I was about to graduate grade 8, and now here I am, 21 years old and about to graduate university. Holy does time fly, but it is crazy (and amazing) that I still turn to Noah Couser as a comfort. It is crazy that in times of change and uncertainty, there are constants. Thank you Noah!
Its awesome to see a brother to brother and family relationship there Mr. Couser, as a seventh grader now you are one of the best teachers that have been in one of my classes! I wish I was in your class as you sound like an awesome teacher!!!
23:25 is where I start to fall off, purity shaming is no longer it But all the rest of the video, (excluding the heart symbolism also, the idea that every mistake takes an irreversible part of you forever is incredibly damaging) I watched when I was younger and it really helped my confidence, helped me know that I am always beautiful, helped me have boundaries, It helped me be more choosey about dating and find someone who I did want to be with forever I’m gonna watch the new video, and I hope the alterations include removing the section where your heart loses pieces of itself whenever you have sex haha
