Going back to school is often met with anxiety, nervousness, and fear. This year, try being intentional with your thoughts and behaviors as you tackle a new year in school. This advice applies to all students, whether in middle school, high school, or college students. Please share with anyone you think would benefit from hearing.

Noah Couser is a middle school physical education and health teacher from Montana. The goal of this channel is to provide advice and direction for all who are desiring to become their best self. Today was my first day, it was very hard as I felt extremely lonely and embarrassed more than I ever have. Embracing who you are, and realizing you have a purpose is so important. I really needed someone to say this to me today.

Im so scared of being my real self in school, and Im not doing well. This is my 6th school. I needed this video, you show me that being yourself is the best thing you can do. But is it also good when you spend a lot, really a LOT time at school? Im scared I will be bullied again for my interrest in school and so on. Any advice? Thank you. Youre my hero
