If you can't reverse those protruding mounting bolts inside the bags and replace them with carriage bolts (from a hardware store), I'd cut them a bit shorter, use acorn nuts, and cover them with foam and tape, as they can really damage stowed gear from rubbing.
Finally got my 12” tall bars on with a Road Warrior and a 13” windshield. Pete, I remember you being tall BUT (bought my bolt from you and Doug in June 2020) how the hell do you see through that screen!?
Why they don't do dual front brakes and inverted forks, I'll never know. How easy is it to change plugs on these? I just have Sportsters and a couple sport bikes for reference, and I'm hating the sport bike chains and plug/filter placements.
Man I love this set up! Im upset no one asked about the led light bar, I'm having issues seeing at night and wondering if I should put one? Would u recommend one and if so where u buy yours? I've tried Amazon and can't find one
These windshield fairings are really good, they reduced wind noise and vibration drastically. Idk why more Cruiser bikes don't come with such fairings as standard On my dad's Harley the noise is so little thanks to the windshield and fairings you can even listen to music or fm radio on the bike
Where’d you get the 6 inch LED light bar? How did you mount it? I have been trying to find one for my bolt but cant seem to locate anything that will mount to the bike properly

Yamaha bolt too, very similarly built to yours. I liked it more than my old Harley. Wish the bolt had bigger gas tank options just for the look. I’m actually done riding for now. I loved pissing off harley guys though by telling them their bikes aren’t American anymore.

Two questions. Do you happen to have the link for the correct ez bracket to get? Also would you be able to put a sissy bar since they go on the same bolt holes?
I know this video is old. But I'm having a hell of a time finding a fairing mounting kit that will work with my bolt. I know that is a long shot.. but... what fairing mounting kit did you use???
So you did not installed that KOSO speedo. I wonder how it works because when I saw one video that guy who installed it on Yamaha bolt he had to write down total mileage from the old speedo and manually put numbers into KOSO, but when I saw guys installing this speedo to Harleys the total mileage automatically showed up on their new KOSO speedo. Is this has anything to do with computers and memory that Harleys probably have and the Yamaha bolt doesn't??
