Paired with a 5-5600gt for short term, until the 5800x3d is in. Great pairing and does run moderately cool at 75c with the 3gan version. Mine was $300. My case is a Lian li 207, mighty cool cases
I spent nearly 2 years trying to figure out how the 3060 was considered underpowered. Tf are people using their PC’s for?! Do I need to download “booty warriors 3 ultra realism simulator” to really push the 3060 to its limits?!?!
I've got Aorus Extreme 3080 for 280 $, 5 mounts ago, couldn't be more happier. I use it for 2k gaming, it's all working at max settings...still kicking ass
Thanks for making and uploading x I game at 4K with the 3070, I can manage modern games 4K at 60fps with a few tweaks and DLSS no problem. 60fps+ is achievable in Cyberpunk with DLSS no problems. It's defo not 'unplayable' like you say lol. NVIDIA sharpening filter and DLSS is your friend when it comes to 4K gaming with a RTX 3070. If DLSS is not available, then use NIS instead; works great! Gonna try notirous VRAM hog Hogwarts next, and Elden 'No DLSS' Ring. The toughest to run so far has been Last of Us > need to go performance mode DLSS with the tweaks for the smoothest experience. Like other people will say: the difference between Ultra and High (or even medium) is sometimes Placebo at best, but the FPS gains are definitely not. If like me you play older games more than new then it smashes those. Just played Arkham City at 120fps 4K and wow what an experience, will play City next ;-) Also played Fallout 4, GTA 5, and Hitman 2016 = lovely performance and visuals.
Please please someone tell me what to buy, rx 6600 8gb or rtx 3060 8gb version, (note: rtx 3060 8gb is more expensive with 50 dollars or 80 in my country)
I justran tinespy on rog ally X. Scored 3506. Graphics 3165 CPU score 9024. Goes to show how powerful desktops are compared to hand held. But, it still runs any game. Just not like a desktop.
My B button started sticking after a few weeks of use making me use the back button for B which was honestly a good fix I didnt mind it much but it started stick drifting slightly after 7 and a half months. After raging at the right stick a bit, it's stick drifting to narnia now
I found one off a dude acouple months ago 160 never used with replace heat pipes it’s beast. I just never realized the CPU bottleneck I was experiencing with a Ryzen 5 1500
Idk about the rtx 3060 but usually the rx6600 overclocks like crazy. 2900 mhz on core with 1085mv fast ram timing and 1150 mhz on ram. Expect 10 to 15% performance uplift. All this with a 110w power draw, pretty crazy!
For me DLSS plays a big role, but only the basic upscaling and not the frame gen. DLSS 3 still has a lot of issues and is not supported in many games yet. Also I can add FSR 3 frame gen with lossless scaling to any game, but I don't because I mind the increased latency. Honestly the only reason I'm looking at the green side is because FSR upscaling is very blurry, otherwise I would be more than happy with my RX 6800.
I recently bought a game sir controller the kaleid with rgb and it was well worth it for$50 great quality no stick drift and mechanical buttons and fast response time I suggest every one to buy one you won't be disappointed
I just bought a Asus RX 6600 8GB graphics card and paired it with Ryzen 5 5500.. even latest games like Alan Wake 2 working smoothly on highest settings( ray tracing off)
I already have a 3070 and i bought a quest 3 so just wanted to know for that because according to google the 3070 has 4 gigs of vram 100% accurate search engine
I got rx7600 because I got 7600x for cpu 😂 it’s my first built and for some reason all I remember was someone reminding me “make sure things match!” He means MB and CPU, I mistook it as MB and GPU.😂
i got a zotac 4070 just over 530ish to upgrade from a 1660 ti, and have enjoyed it since. I would say, a lot of it comes to price, availability, and what you coming from.
