Its cool but dzo always hides what camera is being used, ofcourse its a major factor, whether it was shot on bmd, arri or red or some other they should always put that details in every ads. It could be misleading if these was shot using arri cameras is already soft.
Hey, We don't intentionally hide the cameras they used in this master class. This video was shot with the SONY VENICE 2. For more behind-the-scenes content, feel free to follow our IG account - DZOFILM. 😉
@@DZOFILM thats what im talking about ofcourse if you use sony a7 series the result would be different or if you use, a blackmagic 6k ff. Also the result will be different.... Thats why you should inform your team, that you should always put the camera used. Dont get me wrong im a fan of dzo but i think this matter should come into light. Or maybe you can put a link underneath, a sample shot for different cameras like bmd. So the users will actually know how it will look like when used. Its a lot of work but thats a suggestion.
@@tokysource Absolutely! Parfocal cinema zooms. Able to use traditional screw on filters if you need, or you can drop in their “Coin” Filters. And not to mention, they produce a Very nice image!
Do you know how difficult the shimming process going from the E-mount to the L-mount on the Catta is, I know the Catta Ace is a PL/EF mount and you had a mount adapter, but I just ordered the E-mount 18-35 and 70-135 and will use it on my FX30 and ZV-E1 cameras, but also have the Panasonic S5-IIX with a Kondor Blue cage so will likely use that combination too.
I wish these were more accessible to rent in my area. I also wish national rental houses were better than what they are. I can never get my hands on the DZOFILM brand even though it’s the best in the biz
Hi, can we you share which cameras are being used for these tests, so we can understand the relationship b/w image circle and sensor coverage and final image. Looks great!
First , your work is sooo good!. We trust what you say and value your opinions. May I put this "challenge" to you ? Would you possibly do a short video comparing the Vespids and the Arles? If you had to use a set of these on a feature film which would you choose for the Big screen.? I know you probably wouldn't use either for that , but... Just a thought. We always look forward to your work. Thanks.
