Can't believe we're just about at the one year anniversary of this game's release. My GOAT. I still hum tunes from this game randomly. It's reached being my favorite Zelda soundtrack too, overall. What a special experience, so many great moments, it provided me last year.
Yeah but I feel like it should've been there from the beginning to hype up jumping into a different Hyrule.

@@darkcrystalx888 I hear ya. I certainly wouldn't have complained about that. It's such a good tune. It felt therapeutic to hear it during the end credits. The ending was such an emotional rush and for the last part of the credits to be this tune was really special to me.
@@darkcrystalx888 Yes indeed. The credits were a medley of the Title Theme (when you first drop down to the starting island and the title screen pops up), then each of the sage's themes (5 of them) and then finally it ends with this full version of the game's theme. Sorry if you haven't beaten the game and that was a spoiler.
Future Smash games will hopefully give whichever of these characters return actual guidance I want Joker, Hero, Banjo & Kazooie, Terry, Byleth, Min Min, Sephiroth, and Kazuya to all to return, plus I feel some of them could use reworks on their movesets
This song helped me handle learning that my dad isn't my biological father. Thank you guys so much, I hope nothing but great things for you and your family.
I can't believe what pompous jackasses you are. Other than the completely unessary politics and booze cruze, I enjoyed the podcast; but if you can't take a little criticism, you shouldn't be on a podcast. Insulting your listeners is a great way to lose them. You had no right to insult me like that
You didn’t criticize us, you literally said we didn’t have morals. So, no, not interested in engaging with that. We’ve heard people say they don’t like whiskey bit before, but ya know what? We do. We don’t make this podcast for money, we make it because we enjoy it and because we have a great community of listeners who support us. We do this for our enjoyment, and our community has weighed in on it and they enjoy whiskey bit as well. Feel free to skip it if you want. Also, we have never once made an overly political statement (as in endorsing a political candidate or party). If you think advocating for less gun violence, respect for marginalized communities, and bodily autonomy for women are “political issues” that’s a you problem. You don’t get to sit behind a keyboard and tell us we don’t have morals, and shouldn’t do something we enjoy on a podcast you consume for free, and then get to say that we’re pompous jerks for not accepting those things from you, a total stranger.
@mattwilloughby7921 Yes, I did; and you don't. I know what you're complaining about. You're complaining about Texas governor Greg Abbot and Senator Ted Cruz, who actually have morals and are trying to make your state a better place; but you have no morals whatsoever and can't see that. None of that should matter as you are a ZELDA PODCAST NOT A POLITICAL ONE AND THAT STUFF SHOULD BE LEFT TO A DIFFERENT PODCAST!!!
You know, I can’t help but think about the first trailer of the game, like what would it have been like if they kept that footage. Would the story still be the same or would it change a bit?
My favorite of all these animated versions of the cutscenes from Ocarina of Time is the one where Zelda plays the Ocarina of Time to send Link back to the past so he will relive his childhood that she felt he missed seven years of. I love it not just for how beautiful the animation is, but also the way the characters express their emotions, making them feel like real people. The way Zelda sobs and wipes away the tears streaming down her face and the sad look on her face as she plays the ocarina helps convey the guilt she feels for putting Link through all of what has been happening since Ganondorf beginning to plot against the king of Hyrule and Link not being able to do anything when Ganondorf actually does take over the kingdom and rule for seven years. It also helps convey Zelda feeling guilty for making Link miss seven years of his childhood and trying to correct what she believes are her mistakes. MajorLink’s animation is spectacular and I would love to see more of it.
These videos you made are absolutely gold! 12/10! I played the Legend Of Zelda Twilight Princess on the Wii so many times while growing up. My absolute favourite Zelda game.
