I think my calf muscles are chronically locked up so it's pretty difficult to properly activate the TIB ANT. I'm working on calf stretching and trying to actually feel the front of my leg and foot right now. I believe I'm making some progress.
hopefully this works, i went to a doc cuz i was having problems because of one of my legs having duck feet and he said i spent 22 years like this already now nothing can be done :(
@@pizzadogebrawlstars You probably have some hips problems, either the lack of external or internal rotation mobility, for me it is internal but external is more common. Do some research, ask the chat gpt or go and visit a doctor mate.
I tried it a few moments ago, and stood up to check. That muscle seemed to make the foot hurt more when doing the duck foot position, so I tried moving my foot until the pain goes away, and I ended up with my foot facing like a 15 degree angle instead of my usual 30-40 degree. I was amazed by it. You really had to turn on that specific muscle because it was basically asleep and you need to power it up manually to contract and make the foot go straight.
Thank you. Life long distance runner here. I noticed this happening (right foot ducking out) about a year and a half ago. My right foot has "ducked" by approximately 25 degrees - YIKES. It's gotten so bad now that I have two completely different feet and two different legs; two entirely different strides (one for each leg). It has cut my speed to a pep walk simply because my legs/foot plant just don't work in concert. I run 7 days a week (actually about 345 days per year), but my average has drastically declined to 5.5 miles per day. I figured this was it - the point I couldn't continue - which is unthinkable. This gives me some hope. Here goes.
I didn't believe this was gonna work I just noticed my duck feet yesterday I've been trying to walk normal by force all day and it was painful I can't believe this stretch worked with no pain
Amazing. Feels so different after just a quick demo. I’ve been looking for something like this a long time and have done everything from foam rollers to banded dislocations. But this was 10x more effective. I’m going to do it for a few more days and report back
So, for some reason doing that briefly immediately caused my feet to straighten out. I actually had a lot of trouble walking at first because I couldn't figure out how distribute my weight with my feet facing straight ahead.
I walk with duck feet my whole life. I feel unbalanced when I force my foot to point straight while walking. After trying this out, I can comfortably walk with my foot straight. Thanks for the video man.
Wow! I read all of these comments and didn't believe them, until I tried the stretch. I've always hated how I walked and after doing this i was absolutely amazed by the immediate change in my walk. it actually feels like magic. Thank you!
First, I recommend playing the video at .75 speed because the gentleman speaks quickly. Great video though… I’m 43 and have always been self-conscious of my legs because my toes point outward. When I would consciously try to force them in… my knees would point inward. even though I live in a hot climate between New Orleans and work in Puerto Rico I have purposely not worn shorts so as not to draw attention to it. After doing this little exercise for the first time my toes are pointing forward. I know this is not a one time fix but I am going to make part of my routine doing the stretch every morning and throughout the day. Thank you.
Twenty two years old. Planning on joining the air force within the year and was worried about how my duck feet would affect my fitness journey. I only did this exercise for a minute and there's already have a noticeable improvement. It's still slightly askew but when I work on this like you said I know I'll do better. It's such a simple video but to say it's changed my life is an understatement. Just one exercise in and I feel so much more confidence. Thank you so much for this man.
I am 45 and someone pointed out the other day that i was walking with my right foot pointing outward slightly i really hope this excersize will help me. I really had no idea ive been walking like this most of my life.
Ghe only good thing god gave me is a good face. Other than that my body is crap I can't walk easily because my right feet has this problem I have keratoconus in both of my eyes A poor body image Have a very hard time walking if anyone is seeing me 😭😭😭
