@@JustSomeDude2161 I would suggest you double check which remote you have, the CHILD LOCK / UNLOCK is different depending on the remote control. If you have a white sticker on the back, the instructions are on the sticker in small print. There was one version of the remote control that uses “foot down + Zero G” to unlock so you might have that version of the remote. You can also call 800-499-1965 for help. Good luck,

Do you add the prosmart to Bluetooth first or do you add it to Bluetooth in this process? I just got my base and when I scan the qr code it looks but never finds the bed.

You do not need to connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker to setup the APP. That connection via Bluetooth is needed when you connect any to listen to music or to enjoy the soundscape massage. If you are setting up the app for the first time, the QR code on the back of the remote will direct you to a website to download the correct APP from the Apple Store or from the Google Play store. Once you open the APP, it will direct you to create an account, and then it will prompt you to setup the Sleeptracker. At some point during the registration, you will need to scan the QR code that is located on a tag at the head of the bed. Raise the head of the bed up, and you will see a long tag hanging with both a QR code and the Bluetooth signal, will look something like “ProSmart 1237G17”. If you don’t see a Bluetooth signal , you can unplug the base from power for 10 seconds, plug it back in and search for the signal again. Unplugging the base from power is a “reset” You will need to continue additional steps to complete the APP setup. If you need additional help setting up, you can call 800-821-6621

Solved issue with customer service. I have android. Force stopped app and cleared app cache. Worked fine after that

I added a second sleeper but the remote on the second sleeper’s iPhone operates my side of the bed not hers. Mine operates mine. Split king. I deleted and reinstalled the second sleeper but no luck. Ideas?

Thank you for the video and demo. I have done everything there is to do ,however the up and down for head and foot does not respond. I have double triple checked all connections....but no go ...?????

For the most recent Ease base (purchased in the last year or so). If you already tried the child unlock, here are a few more things to try. You can first try re-programming the remote 1. Unplug the base from power 2. Remove the battery cover from the remote control. 3. Plug in the power cord to your surge protector or outlet 4. Push and hold the white jelly button on the back of the remote control. Hold down for about 10 seconds. The jelly button should blink, maybe go solid and then turn off. That is how you pair the remote to the base. If it still doesn’t work, I would call (800) 499-1965 when you are home near the base for troubleshooting help. It probably the power supply or the control box.
