Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPYYYYYYYYYY SOMEHOW MY REMOTE GOT UNLINKED FROM THE BASE....FINALY FOUND YOUR GREAT "FIX IT YOURSELF" VIDEO & IT WORKED THANK YOU👍👍
FYI on the Ergo Premier Adjustable Base, if your massage works, but the rest of the remote is not responding, you can jump to this section and perform a “System Reset”. Go to the video - (about 9min 10 seconds in the video). You will push and hold down the FLAT button for 60 seconds and keep holding it down. The remote control panel/screen will show “flat” and then about 15 seconds in, it will show FLAT then switch to RST. You should here around 6 clicks from under the bed. Make sure you keep holding the “Flat” button down. During this “Reset”, the remote is checking that it can connect to all the lift motors and the massage motors, that’s the reason you hear 6 clicks. It sometimes loses the connection if there was a loss of power/ power outage.
THANK YOU!!! You saved my back from going out, which it often does if I have to lie down flat. The comment & instructions on how to deal with this situation is indispensable 👍👍👍
OMG! You solved my problem. My Temper Medic was "frozen" with the feet in the air & the head flat. Came across your comment in this RU-vid and iT WORKED! You saved me $$$ for a simply resolved problem.
PITA, but works even for a Single Base unit and two "His / Her" remotes. Remember to disconnect the power cord when repeating the same steps for 2nd remote. The last part of the operation is SYSTEM RESET. During this procedure do not unplug the base unit. Both Remotes now WORK LIKE A CHARM.
Massage only was working. In an effort to reset the system, I incorrectly pressed "FLAT" and "STOP" at the same time. A code "5050" was on the display. Now, nothing works (HEAD/FOOT up or down and massage). I noticed that the cord was disconnected. I connected the cord and pressed FLAT and RST flashed. I held this for a minute or so and now nothing works. How do I reset the entire bed so I can work it with one remote? Thanks
update... got the massage working with remote to but still no lifting. I'm now wondering if there is a cord missing.. A yellow one is not in the hole like I see in some videos. Mines a queen tes200. I see 1 blue, 3 green that go to the massage and a white and red. Do all models have the yellow and what does it control and plug into?

After months of troubleshooting I thought my bed was a complete loss. But when I just installed the app, I could finally use the massage feature but it won't lift up head or feet.. Any thought? Also, my remote still won't control anything. Also, weirdly enough, I can't get a 9volt battery to fit into the power box. Any thoughts? And why is the battery needed?
The power down box (uses 9v batteries) is just in case of emergency. If you have a power outage and the bed is stuck in an elevated position, you can put 2 9v batteries in that little power down box. The power down box has red button that you push, and it will have enough juice to move the bed to flat position. You should NOT leave batteries in the power down box, as they may corrode over time.
Can you tell me what size the bolts are, the ones that attach the retainer bar? I can’t find my hardware, and the customer service people don’t know the answer.
I woke up this morning, my remote wont work. Its lit up. The massage works , just not the head and feet wont go up or down. I remember when they came to install. This happened right after the guy left, he said to hold 2 buttons but cant remember which buttons. Help! My bed is stuck in uncomfortable position! Thanks! Oh. When I click stop and flat the number comes up 9366 what's that mean?
Did you get it figured out? Mine did the same and I just fixed it today. Let me know if you still Nd help and I'll walk you through it. I feel like a pro but it won't last long. Ha ha
@@nancyballay3091 hold flat button for 60 seconds. Then try. I always forget when it comes time to where I have to set it again. Lol. I looked, I wrote down what I did. Lol. Hope this works for ya.
Did you try pushing “flat” for 1 minute? The screen should change to RST (for reset) after 10 seconds but keep pushing the flat button for another 45 seconds. If it doesn’t work for you, you can call (800) 821-6621 and they can help you with instructions on how to program the remote again
Yes it does. You can download the APP (it’s green) at apps.apple.com/us/app/tempur-ergo-smart-control/id604101715. You’ll open the APP, connect to the wifi module usually starts with “WM####”. It should prompt you to connect to your home wifi and then it should connect. If you send me your email, I can email you the owners guide with info
@@NohandleTV the wifi module is under the bed, It is connected to the Main Control Box by the “blue” colored cable connector. If you follow that cable, it will take you to the WiFi module. It is small black box (prob 2” x 2.5”) It has a tiny button on the side that you push and hold for 5 seconds to reset the WiFi module. If you check available wifi network, you should see the signal. The Blue connector cable also has a white sticker with the SSID (wifi network name)
I can send you instructions on how to reprogram the remotes or you can call (800) 821-6621 warranty dept and they can walk you through how to reprogram.
The Ergo Premier has a wifi signal that allows you to use an APP to control it. You have to go through a few steps to connect your phone to the Ergo Premier’s “Wifi Signal”, then you will join your home wifi network. Once you complete those steps, the base will be connected to your phone APP (which has the same buttons as the remote control). The APP is green and it’s Called Tempur Ergo Smart Control Apple Store: apps.apple.com/us/app/tempur-ergo-smart-control/id604101715 Good luck
I downloaded it for my Android phone, but it's not working. I called Tempurpedic, but they couldn't help me. I didn't think that it had WiFi. Maybe it's the wrong model?
