I have a small jump box with a cigarette port adapter. I've used it on an EV that had the 12v systems battery that went flat so I could put the car in 'Run' and charge up on it's own as it was driven. I've also used it to backfeed an ICE car with a dead battery so the trunk and fuel door could be opened. Would this cigarette port trick not work to open the trunk of a Jag?

You can access that rear fuse box in the back seats by simply pulling off the padded cover between the 2 back seats on the back rest. You don't need to disassemble half the car to get to it.
I removed lots of steering wheel, i never disconnected the battery, the airbag will blow your face only on impact. If you activate the sensor. So, no worries and don’t have to disconnect the battery ✌🏻
If you remove the latch you can get access to the tabs from the inside. They still broke. But... It's another option. Cheap plastic bs. Thx for the vid.
Hello, do you think I could add keyless entry to a RRS 2011 by adding a handle that has the button and connecting the handle to the keyless module that seems to be the same one for both keyless go and entry?
Pretty sure you always connect positive cable first then negative to ground? May not be important with a jump box as there shouldn't be any electrical flow until you turn it on?
My battery dies a lot on my 2010 xkr , I work from home and I do t drive it a whole lot these days , if it sits in the snow boom it’s dead the next day , I just bought a C Teck trickle charger , so I am researching before I use it so I don’t electrocute myself

We are putting sheepskin covers on our seats. So wanting to remove the arm rests to fit the seat back cover. Do you think arm rests will still be able to go back on and move, with the thickness of the seat cover?
