My mochi is ALWAYS SUPER sticky. Is that correct? I understand that it’s supposed to be sticky but I literally can’t get it out of the bowl sticky. How could I possibly fix it?

you gotta try making 1 cup of tea and find the ratio of tea:water that you like. if it's a whole bag, do the math then add a lil water for the part that will boil and get lost. that's a sure guarantee that the flavor will be what you like
