Baking Thai Tea cake from scratch 

Thai tea, but make it a cake! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Recipe:
For the cake:
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup white sugar
1/4 Cup melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 T baking powder
1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup brewed Thai tea (I used 1/4 of hot water to brew the tea, then topped off with milk to make 1/2 Cup)
1/2 Cup sour cream
For the whipping cream:
8oz whipping cream
Thai tea
*make this in advance so that the cream has time to become cold enough to whip
