you realised when Washingston DC was created, there were no cars. the wide avenue ain't for cars. they are for army. in event of riots or wars, the wide avenue make it easy for the army to retain control of the city.
roof top solar panels are so much cheaper vs 2011. A 400 Watts panel are less than $200. You can get 8Kwh of panels for $4000, that's enough for most household. Of course, you still have to buy other components and batteries plus installation, but still cheaper and no need to expand transmission lines.
This Friday, at the end of the week now, I am grateful for all the hard work of the federal government in Washington DC for the sustaining and betterment of the United States it's environment, justice, and it's democracy and freedom. I see that the people are seeming to be beginning to have some greater trust in the intelligence of their government and it's ability to fend itself from those who would lead it astray, harm or try to subvert it's principles. There is a US flag flying in washington and it's glow is not manmade; it is the result of the hi vibration caused by those meditating around Washington, for sake of liberation of consciousness and transcendence of the traps and illusion that attempt to distract the people from living to the fullest. Americans are coming into Washington for pilgrimage from other states, sometimes staying in neighboring MD, or VA areas with direct metro access (less than 45 minutes into the city by metro train) sometimes staying in DC, the are picking up American flags and blessings of liberty, they are ensuring the justice in this land of immortal equality land by getting their voices heard by Congress on the doorstep of Congress, they are filling with the full fruits of America's rejuvenating apple pies, from George Washington, to MLK Jr, to Rachel Carson, to Michelle Yu, and they are returning home with an American halo of rectified spine in the pursuit of constitutional freedoms, in the support of government to increase recycling and end environmental exploitation in any area of the United States (apache oak flat WILL BE PRESERVED - President Biden is protecting the land). I am grateful for the wisdom and egoless American devotion of federal staff who make those pilgrimages rewarding for Americans and who assure time in DC will never be wasted, whether it is the time of Congress coming in daily, or the time of visitors there to seek rejuvenation or historic sightseeing and education on American history and present. They wear the flag well and protect the tree of American life and thought well because we give an extra thanksgiving today. Thank you PRESIDENT BIDEN
It's a mistake to expect government to "solve" problems that it has been creating. Governments thrive on "attacking" problems with more spending, more hiring, more borrowing and more taxing. If private enterprise was in control of the infrastructure, it would be entirely different, since making a profit is based on serving the customer, not partisan politicking. The entrenched Road Hegemony has kept Americans trapped in their automobiles for generations. The consequences are all around us. Unfortunately, governments rarely give up revenue and power, so nothing will change for the better.
I remember in the fall of 2015 Cal.Gov. Jerry Brown and Newsom promised us nothing but DROUGHT and Higher Water Prices because of DROUGHT/Climate Change from then on out ! Well, Now there is a lot more water and guess what : THE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS(Newsom) that are Running and Ruining this state were right about the MUCH HIGHER WATER PRICES were right ! Nothing like having to Pay More for Using Less in an ABUNDANCE ! DemoCrats " NEVER TRUST THEM !
I don't agree that this is a failure. Sometimes things take a bit longer, but it does not mean it is wasted and will never be useful or operational. The railway network in Europe and other parts of the world have taken more than 100 years. If it takes ten years longer, so what?
The problem with dc is each rode can lead you to the other side of the city. Meaning a vast amount of differing stop lights and intersections. Rush hour changes a 10 minute drive up the block to 45 minutes.
🤥 you are more than double since 2~3 years ago fake fotos are not going to help your false narrative. Trying to hide that big chalk line is hilarious 😂
California has rights to 50% of lake mead and they use all of it each year. Also the main reason water went up was we told California to knock it off. Also las Vegas only has rights to 300,000 acer feet and only use 250 to 280k where California is in the millions and they have hundreds of dams and yet still run out of water. The problem is California. Az doesn't help with its cotton farms and nut tree farms. Same with Utahs nut tree farms doesn't help hell i lived there and theres hundreds of walnuts planted in almost every dam backyard.
In 2007, less than 1% of South Australia’s electricity came from renewable sources. An army of trolls claimed it was impossible for intermittent renewables to power more than 20% of SA’s grid. South Australia is at the vanguard of the global energy transition, lifting net electricity generation from renewable energy from 1% to 74% in just over 16 years. By 2025/2026, the Australian Energy Market Operator forecasts this could rise to approximately 85%. South Australia’s aspiration is to achieve 100% net renewables by 2027. In 2021, South Australia met 100% of its operational demand from renewable resources on 180 days (49%) (via grid scale battery storage)
I enjoy your updates. And regarding climate change...I've concluded that all weather I don't like (too hot, too cold, too much rain, not enough rain) is always republican's fault.
Stupidity knows no bounds when partisan hackery gets involved in people's lives. You do know that 90% of our politicians are bought through legal bribery? The dems support doing something about climate change because they're being lobbied by companies that want clean energy to take over. At least that has some material benefits for the planet and our future survival. Republicans are 100% owned by the oil companies. Some dems are also owned by the oil industry. Just not as much. Politicians ONLY move when lobbyists tell them to move. They do nothing for us unless what we want is what lobbyists want. You really have to understand how deep the corruption goes.
I was out at Noor (in Morocco) last year and I have to say that while they had teething problems, they were nowhere near as bad. Despite the term 'dry cooling', these plants still required a consume a considerable amount of water! The most exciting aspect is the molten source storage that allows the plant(s) to operate almost 24 hours a day.

Morons haha... Said Star Fortress Island Virginia. Should have used a Mule, Cart and Magic as my island has withstood 50+ hurricanes and tropical storms and hasn't lost an inch in height or breadth.
My favourite Norway EV experience is a guy who was travelling Christmas Eve from Bodo South around 350km. All flights and trains were fully booked and he had sold his diesel and bought a Tesla. He couldn't do the trip in the EV so he travelled on the Hurtigruten, a daily postal and tourist shipping service. As the ship approached his destination the Captain announced they wouldn't be stopping because of adverse weather conditions. He was the only passenger getting off. Same at the next stop off. The ship gets changed a docking fee! That was the reason! After buses and taxis he eventually arrived Boxng Day. The take away from this is if you want to avoid a family Christmas gathering in Norway get an EV!
Unbelievably STUPID so called engineers .... WHY the f....k did they not first build a sample project. That would supply say 1000 homes with electricity all year round... ????
