Inspired by the AMAZING garden community here on RU-vid and by the challenge Leadfarmer73 issued; I’ll be sharing my journey as a new gardener 🤩 You can expect videos from me on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. First video will be posted on 2/6 Looking forward to your comments 🥰
Hello @TheWeekendGardenShow. Thx for the review. I would like to use this product for cats. They are giving me hell with my garden and car. I have a couple of questions. I share my yard with my sister kind of next door. So, she walks around the yard sometimes. Is the sound/alarm very disturbing? Is it detected by the human ear, too?( I guess i heard it in the video, but i want to ask you anyway). Is it expensive? Can I order it online? I will order ir from here...Ecuador. Looking forward to hear your feedback and thanks in advance.
I just got one myself as well. I'm not a very experienced gardening/ Plant caretaker but I've started getting into to it recently I started with some herbs and a few flowers. I really wanted to try my hand at a fruit or a vegetable. They had one on clearance when I went grocery shopping today and didn't even look at the variety just snatched up the best looking one real quick. I just couldn't pass it up. So I've been in research mode trying to make sure I take care of her properly.😊 Wish me luck please🤞🍀
I put my grow pots in the wash on a 2hr sanitize setting with laundry detergent and then a soak with vinegar then another 2hr sanitize setting without anything. I hung them to dry in the sun and they look fabulous after two year of use…
Excellent video and process. I can't wait to get outside and fix up our yard. We have 29deg and 3 inches of snow in Solon 10 miles outside of Cleveland. Thanks for the inspiration.
You didn't speak again after your first bite! Lol. That's a good indication of its taste. Your video was a joy to watch. I will be growing these in container in Ontario, Canada this summer. Cheers!
Would it be possible to force them into dormancy by cutting off all the foliage and bringing them inside? I’d rather just store the rhizomes through the winter but I’m not sure if it can survive
To anyone watching this two years later, choose EITHER baking soda or vinegar to use. Using both at once just forms a salt and the acid and base neutralize each other. if you want to be thorough, do two washes. First wash with vinegar, then wash with baking soda.
