this story writing is so damn stupid i lost braincells.. if they interacted with the federation at all, they would have received information and education on a plethra of races, and their cultures. regardless of their mood, they would learn humans had a love for small animals. hence, they would have learned about cats.. the writers just retcon'd a important part of pecard, and even the original series, and where the whole star fleet motto, attitude, and the 99% of the usual "good endings" for species after interacting with the federation with this mere blirb.. modern Hollywood smacking its head as it gets tossed in the trashcan for the old content and consistency of their seniors.. again
Msn t they need to build on this season Star Trek Janneway with crossovers and storylines fpr the voyager charecters Kim Janway The docter Belana Neelix chakotay Mr paris
Had to pop back in and say again how amazing this scene is. It's funny, it's dramatic and when the TNG theme kicks in you know all those that stand against the Enterprise are done for...they just don't know it yet. Engage!
Bizarre scene... Picard - 100-years-old Beverly - 80-years-old Jack Crusher - 45-years-old ... and they're acting as if it's Jack's first day at college.
"Alone... I am dying Alone", he's alone because him and his wife broke up because they didn't know how to raise their son... and Junior probable doesn't want any to do with his dad because Continuum probable wouldn't let him save his best friend Icheb and Q wasn't able to help, so he blames Dad for not doing enough.
I guess the Xindis were never assimilated by the Borg! If the Borg assimilated the Xindis they wouldn't need this elaborate plan to destroy the planet, they will just send a probe. They could have done it sooner also, because according to this episode the encounter with the Xindis by Archer was over 200 years ago.
