Working in BPO is better than giving HJ, BJ at Spa for easy money and then posting pics of fancy lifestyle on Insta and teeling lies to innocent parents and villagers at home of being manager at restaurant and some startup.
Before you read my comment Note: This is only for those who want to do hard work, upskill yourself, learn and grow. One thing I would like to advise is to go start looking for DIRECT CLIENT in LINDIN, FIVERR, UPWORK AND EVEN FACEBOOK. That's where I cracked the deal with the USA CLIENT and, since 2020, I started having a team doing WFH for me and I currently pay them like $500 a minimum.(You do the Math) Last but not least. With the least qualification of just 9th passed, for me it took a while to speak b2 English . That is when I choose, rather than wasting my time watching reels. I spent my time, or, I should say, I invested my time learning things, and today, I have a small team working for me. If I can do it, then you can do more than I can with the qualifications and with the experience you possess. Go for it, make it happen and Give Glory to my Lord Jesus Christ!
I have been working in Convergys about 5 years as Customer support associate 2. The office is in Gurgaon Haryana. I quit my job in 2021 or 22 now, I am so regreted😊 otherwise I would have become a TL or Assistant Manager 😅, I quit my job because I am not a healthy person especially to work at night shift is not good at all. BDW, best of luck for your future endeavors
As a former employee of Accenture. I’m voluntarily unemployed now for personal reasons. Pros - Good money, enhance your skills, opportunity meeting people from all walks of life, improve communication and typing skills, you don’t have to beg money to parents and you learned how to appreciate every job not like people back home that’s unemployed and judge people who’s actually working. Cons: Night shift, pressure, office politics, seeing office wife husband ( and you can’t tell their wife husband about it).
