@@NotoriousGamblerCompanies that are shunned or excluded by other companies because they are alleged to have engaged in unacceptable or unethical behavior or activities. There are so many other BPOs in Delhi NCR. Try to get at least 6 months of experience from a good company even if the salary is lesser than blacklisted companies and then you can go for an interview in a bigger/better company of your choice. There are so many people taking care of their family by working in the BPO industry, you just need to be sincere and should work hard.

I got my designation but not the package I deserve!🙆 BTW I take more than 1L with all my allowances (pm). I'm managing a team of 68 and it ain't BPO..Forever work from home.. so got no complaints brother! Cheers!

For freshers never paid 30k its not possible in BPO for freshers its start from 15k to 25k ....

IEnergizer paid for second party collection they will paid 30k to 45k but they don't provide cab service not provided food n management is very poor ... worst environment

​​@@kameihview In IE they do, but there are lots of cons working in IE, the company don't provide cabs neither meals. And as the company is situated in noida travelling on our own expenses from Delhi becomes very expensive including with tiffins and meals from canteen or outside

That's not possible bro....Ifor freshers no company in India will pay 35-40k ...as you said it's hardly from 15- 25k ..maybe they can offer 25k for voice process ...I have been working in IT industry as HR and Admin for 3yrs ..i have been recruited many candidates ..so freshers will start always with 15 - 25 k

that's right for this company we get a good salary I' joined as a fresher last month April 2024 and I'm getting the said amount yes for freshers it is 40k CTC and in hand its 33.6k and for experience it's even more higher
