Oh my gosh, I made this today for my son’s birthday and it was fantastic!!! He doesn’t like nuts so I left the nuts out and it was heavenly as just the French Vanilla pound cake. This was to die for. Keep making those awesome cake videos Chef Charles!!!❤

The cakes were actually baked in the jar.

There was a company in Mississippi in the '80s that sold Mail oder cakes in a jar. The Caracel was pretty good.

I wish Mr. Charles was my real uncle 😂! I love to bake & would enjoy visiting and baking with him. He looks like he could be one of my grandad’s younger brothers.
