Funny thing is: this is an old school exercise 😁👍🏼 I restarted doing that slowly with 16/20/24/32 kg also 2 reps on the 36 kg was possible. Is there a strength comparison hack squat vs backsquat? For example if you are able to hack squat xx kg you should be able to backsquat xx kg ? Could be an interesting one 😁 Thank you Steve 👍🏼 and a HNY to you all

I do inhale & exhale on the 2/3 at the top, cuz at the bottom you can't inhale as much because weights pushing you ribcage down, otherwise very solid form.
