The industry is full of wankers at the top and Kelly is another shining example. The people who actually do the work and the drivers know when something goes wrong or doesn't work out they get the blame regardless. I worked in the transport industry and still do for 43 years and l can count on one hand the decent blokes l worked for the rest were just people like Kelly spend most of their time throwing orders around like a man with no arms and you had to always make sure the pay was right as quite often it wasn't drivers are the backbone of the industry not wankers like Kelly.
Had that on a crane job I was on the owner kept the fleet in a1 condition And the customer came over to my self and the owner to compliment the job and equipment And asked if he could speak to the owner The boss said without hesitation the numbers on the crane ring them The customer did and my boss answered the phone stood next to me Well all I can say is 10 years on we still work on there jobs
Auxiliary gear boxes. So if you have a two speed auxiliary you effectively have all 18 speeds in low range of the aux followed by the 18 speeds of the transmission again but this time running through the high range of the auxiliary. Thats your 36.
