Wada does not think Sinner has doped, this is quite clear. Only appeals on the point he may have been negligent. A ban may be eliminated entirely from the picture as a result of No Fault or Negligence when an individual can establish that they did not know or suspect, or could not have reasonably known or suspected, even with the utmost caution that they had violated an anti-doping rule. The matter was adjudicated independently. ITIA took the matter to an independent tribunal that ruled the player is innocent, there is no fault or negligence, just gave him a sanction for objective responsibility eliminating the Indian Wells result. This is the first time in history WADA appeals the decision of an independent tribunal. Sinner is treated worse than 100% of sportsmen before him. In the past, WADA has only appealed federation and national anti-doping decisions and sanctions. Also, if there is fault or negligence sanction must include cancellation of all results according to anti-doping law, so Wada is contradictory. Negligence means knowing. WADA must prove Sinner knew - good luck to them - and also that he is the greatest idiot on Planet Earth, because the quantity is one billionth of a gram and he would have risked the destruction of his career for that. Objective responsibility is not negligence.
The experts found that PERFORMANCE WAS NOT ENHANCED!!! I originally thought the Doping Agencies had evolved in their view. WADA’s statement shows the process hasn’t evolved.
Tiebreak should be just above TopSpin 2k25 for career mode and roster...both have grave issues with gameplay. What kind of career mode only allows you to play 1 tournament in a month...and then the fatigue system, lol. Full Ace and Tennis Elbow 4 should both be top tier for sure. They are much harder to play well, but they allow you to customize your play to meet your abilities so much. The most fun I have had so far is with both these games.
@@duncan3932 Tiebreak is an absolute disaster gameplay wise. In AO Tennis you got much more options on how to approach a game. Just like in Topspin. Tiebreak is pong on speed.
@@TimVerhaert i don’t agree, AO tennis the ball speed is painfully slow and no one ever makes an error. I’ve had a lot more fun playing Tiebreak than AO Tennis (both games are bad but AO tennis is a lot worse). Not to mention the much better roster and character models and animations that Tiebreak has
Tiebreak should be above TS2K25 fr. Tiebreak’s only gameplay is broken rest all is 10/10 and im sure they will fix gameplay too in future updates Topspin should be at mid ( Player animations is not real, roasters are incomplete, career mode is not good, gameplay is slow TS2K25 should be at mid or bad )
Maybe hot take? Smash Court Tennis is hugely underrated and the real best tennis videogame ever. The learning curve on that game was insane. It felt like you had to actually build the points, go in with an actual strategy. I remember it took me three months to beat Hewitt with my player *once*
