Exploring interesting facets of our world with a particular focus on geography. I'll make a video about anything I find interesting, and hope you do too! Currently the focus is on Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania. Videos are released whenever they are ready.
I thought you were gonna mention Pine Gap lol, I knew it was going to be Alice Springs somehow ( i think bc i saw some guys on youtube go there lol). Great video, it was really interesting, hadn't thought of this effect a lot, but i did check a globe i have and while it does have guangzhou it also features Alice Springs, and doesn't feature Baltimore lol
Thank you very much for sharing this information. I really love lighthouses, they are strong, challenging, protective and remind me of scooby-doo :) Hugs from Brazil [<o>].
We have the flag of another country in the Canton - the place of honour. The Southern Cross is subservient. Our National Flag received Royal Ascent in 1954, 53 years after the flag competition for Federation in 1901. Technically it is a British Blue Ensign Defaced By Stars...
I can travel from Victoria into Sth Aust & into NSW & by going north, south, east or west. Same going from NSW into Victoria & Sth Aust. Same going from Sth Aust into Victoria and NSW. Check out the surveying error up past Mildura towards the Sth Aust border.
Yes God will allow them Independence. Nature will allow for Bougainvilles independence as a New Guinea Islands myself I strongly believe and have faith that Bougainville will have it's Independence with or without the approval of PNG government
Yeah let’s cut thousands of jobs at each port, then tax us for it. This is why we need smart people in charge. The port is one of the greatest jobs in the country. One way to fuck the economy is to kill this job
Hugh Jackman defended vegemite on the tonight show with jimmy Fallon. but people add too much of it. he said you have to add a small amount with butter. I mean that can't be healthy either.
great video but i don't know why the audio of this video sounds like it's recorded from a zoom call that uses the internal mic of a macbook. it feels like a tv interview done in the days of covid lol
Came here for some clarification on my favorite Men At Work song. Didn’t leave disappointed. 🇦🇺 ❤️ 😎 Seriously - great video. Watched it with my 6yr old who’s learning about Aussie culture. 🍻 Appreciate the content, history and illustrations.
I saw too many overloaded shipping beyond capacity.. Should air transport and reduce the amount of trade to only importants good and high value better trading on values and pay
Thank you; and yes, not until I had a friend who lived in Perth did I even concern myself about where it was; cause we talk, now, about weather patterns etc and he's all, 'but it's soo sunny and warm' and I'm all, 'but why, you're not that much closer to the equator and yet ... here we are. Damn. Melbourne and Perth .. not just different cities, js
The last time I saw one of those things growing was forty years ago in South Australia near the NSW border but I don't spend any time out in the country now, so I wouldn't see it now if one grew in my backyard.
The African Union is some what useless. They don't make laws, they don't have free trade among themselves, they don't have a common currency, they don't hold the African leaders accountable for their corruption, they don't say nothing about the Neo-colonialism that France implements on its ex-colonies. So, they have done nothing that has made Africa better at any point.
I, accompanied by a gentleman named Barry H., rebuilt the Vegemite filling machine at Kraft Foods in Otahuhu, NZ. It was a disgusting job, but an ingenious device. After cleaning, dismantling and working out the pneumatic circuits, we got it up and running again, and working better than ever before. This was in 1983, from memory. It was a truly awful machine, with baked-on caramel icky stuff, but we got it up and running. I agree, Marmite is disgustingly sweet. It was a fiendish machine, and surprising that it had worked so well for all those years, with zero maintenance. Good one, Enots and Martonair.
