Movement is medicine,
Meditation is the most powerful technique to transform the hard wiring of our brains.
Authentic relationships are life savers,
Leading with consciousness awareness is what will change the workplace environment,
A faith that talks about love and beauty is the answer to most human conundrums.
Ultimately, what are we without love and tender attention to others and ourselves?

These are just some of my beliefs and the areas of life that I am deeply invested in. I am a writer (medium.com/@tania.kazi), a dreamer and a doer.

in the ‘recorded’ internet/social media world, someone can say something in a comment & they may have learned to be wiser a second or a day later, but their still standing comments make their stage of understanding “written in stone” as it were. the present has infinite possibilities, we must allow it to do its magic transformation & communicate in the present…which should be like a positive prayer.:.

How not to turn anger into conflict?
@taniakazi
@taniakazi 4 месяца назад
It would help to acknowledge and allow yourself a safe place to simply feel into the emotion.Breathing, making sure the body is relaxed and then inquiring, what about this circumstance/person/event is making me feel this way? Practice compassion for yourself through this inquiry helps. Often when we give ourselves some time to meditate, write or journal why something stirs up such an emotion, the emotion starts to transform.

I've been thinking and doing that for a while, and I see that 90% of my head space is in resistance to what is. So from now on, I say, I resist therefore I am.
@taniakazi
@taniakazi 4 месяца назад
True. There is resistance sometimes. But it's wise to approach oneself with tenderness in such times. Sometimes it's like an inner child is feeling the emotion and just as you would be patient with a child, it helps to give oneself that patience and love when inquiring about an emotion that has arisen. Permission means freedom in a sense and when you give yourself the freedom to just be, without judgment, then I find, the resistance starts to thaw slowly too. Hope this helps.

I'd guessed Lebanese 1st, then Persian 2nd) MAN!...I'd bet youre Father was @ one time pushing &/or joking Mother for naming ya "Kami"?..(Provided youre surname is ones maiden name, inherited from the paternal side & not adopted due to marriage?) -The parents of my good friend Garrett Cobb, share the humorous tale that they wouldve named him "Cornonda" if he were to be born a female...-Cornonda Cobb....Ha!...;)

Just Do Shams 🤡 What is Just Do Shams? The idea that Shams trumps theory by a huge margin. Thinking, talking, and planning are good, but the greatest point of leverage for getting results is just doing Shams. Why is it Important? Without Shams you will not get any results. The reason you don't have what you want is probably because you aren't taking enough Shams.

"F a l u n D a f a is Good" and "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance is Good". F a l u n D a f a (or F a l u n G o n g) is a spiritual cultivation practice for mind and body that is widely spreading in the world, it is based on the principles of the Universe: 真 Truthfulness 善 Compassion 忍 Forbearance It includes gentle exercises and meditation. It helped millions of people to regain health, peace of mind and obtain spiritual fulfillment. Since 1999 this peaceful practice has been brutally persecuted by the CCP (Chinese communist party) in Mainland China. More than 100 million people around the world practice Falun Gong.

I am moving through this process currently. i have always done things differently to others but also have taken seriously the teachings of different paths and at times practiced these diligently to observe their effects. There is a real balance to this and I have observed two swings or polls. The people who religiously practice a specific path and are blocked to their own naturalness and secondly people who believe in naturalness but have no discipline or real vigour in studying or practicing techniques. To find ones genuine path and what works i feel one must balance these two polls. They are not seperate and together can create the perfect charge for ones self - as I am learning. I love your interview with Lorin and would love to study the radiance sutras at some point. What is your balance? What personal practices have you found that balance and invigorate you?

I believe the energy you are referring to, the seeming mystery that drew them together, was Allah... God. This is why when we connect with one another through the many means of beautiful expressions, we are often overwhelmed with this vibration of body, where the hairs stand up on our body, and we feel in tune with everything. I will convert to Islam as a Sufi while I study Zoroastrianism, Baha'i faith, Buddhism, Hinduism, Kabbalah, Gnosticism, Taoism, and the many other world religions and practices. I believe we are all together, that all things that exist, are mere tiny reflections of Allah or God, just as the moonlight is a reflection of the sun. حقیقت مهتاب 💚💙💜☪

@@seewanbundhoo7796 a lot of it has to do with cultural differences, pride and prejudice unfortunately. We can call ourselves whatever we want, but to actually know what we mean beyond the words we use, that is a greater spiritual knowing, that anyone of any culture around the whole world can relate to.

Think about all the buddhas and prophets, the subject every religions didn't want to talk is that they had a lover, that was their equal, like a yin and a yang. In Tibetan buddhism they call it their divine consort. Every angel is a two parts united, the masculine and the feminine, they are androgynous, they have both sexes at the same time. Every soul is equally one BUT divides itself when it comes in this dual world. As adam and Eve, that were one before to incarnate humanity, divided has women and men. All religions believe in soulmates. But there is only one soulmate that is our half and that can be a bridge to enlightenment. Rumi used the term lover and this in not for nothing. Has they recognised both of themselves as kindred spirit, equals and had the ultimate intimacy together YES they loved themselves as husband and wife, but in an infinitely purest sens, that goes beyond how we normally live that type of relationship. They were in love with eachother and not with anyone else even if they could see other people as clearly, even if they could see the essence of everybody that is the same essence than themselves, the essence of god !! Why then, if they could see that everybody were equal, divine and as much beautiful, why did they still chose eachother ? How come they saw eachother as lovers ? ... We don't need heterosexuality or homosexuality to define their relationship, cause the soul loves only the soul. They were like divine husband and wife, sharing the ultimate intimacy, and if Rumi speaks often of the lips of shams, it means that they likely kissed or even slept together. If people were so judgy of their relationship is it clearly because it looked like an homosexual relationship. If Rumi would have adored his wife the same way, It would have been cute and people would honour their love, like they did with the poets before them that shared great stories, passed through the ages. Shams was likely killed before Rumi's reputation would suffer more and that everybody around Rumi, the city, the students, and the family would suffer from being ridiculized. Their ego decided to end this, they were scared. You know, sooooo many people had Near death experiences and they all see other souls as the embodiment of god, of themselves, on the other side !! But, only those who had the chance to meet their soulmate on the other side (Paradise) know the difference !! You can see God in everysoul, you can love them... but nothing equals your other half. This other half Attracts you like nothing else, the other half is like the elixir you long for, through eternity !! As soon as you see this other half, you recongnize them and you see yourself in them, as they are your mirror. This mirror makes obvious every illusion you have, everything you hide, and make it impossible for you to escape the reality of yourself and the reality of life. With other souls you can still escape some things, or some recognitions. One women for exemple, Nicole Dron, had a Near death experience (NDE), she died, she was hugging other people in paradise that she lost and she said, she could feel their soul, their unity, their thoughts, and become one with them... But nothing compared to the moment when she saw her soulmate, on the other side... Cause the moment she was him, she said, "I need to marry you !". Even though she had a husband here on earth that she loved. Haha, she was burning with infinite passion !! I myself had a NDE like her and met my other half, I was lucky, and I personally have my own confirmation that this is not a myth. But like Rumi said, the embryo can doubt of what you say is real, and miss the obvious... cause he just never had the experience of the real world, all he sees is the inside of the wound. Humans are so scared of homosexuality and are so full of jugments, the last thing they want to admit is that Rumi would be homosexual... they refuse to admit the obvious even if it's jumping into their faces. They prefer to think they never had that kind of love cause it's comforting them into their limited believes. You guys need to go beyond judgment, beyond your resistances, and just see reality as is appears in front of you, obvious and clear as glass.
